Great replacement item and great service.
Ordered a replacement watch strap and it arrived within 48 hours and fitted perfectly. Plus it was much cheaper to get the genuine article from the manufacturer opposed to getting a copy from eBay/Amazon.

Pretty but not helpful
The watch looks nice and works well as a watch but not very well as a smart watch since it isn't actually compatible with any apps, meaning that the messages will show for a split second and then disappear if not clicked immediately.
Also the clasp does seem to occasionally let go and I find my watch to be dangling around my wrist or on the floor.
Not ideal and not suitable for me personally.

I have loved Sekonda since childhood. My smartwatch was very basic but their usual watches and designs are timeless. Sekonda is a brand that I will forever love. xx

Received with a dead battery.
I received the watch in great condition and delivery was great. However, the watch did not have a tab to stop the battery from the working. So, the battery was dead and I had to pay to replace it. Needless to say, I am not happy with the extra expense and will not recommend buying directly from Sekonda.
