Useless customer support
Got on of the smart watches gave to me for Christmas from my kid the watch work fine but the strap is to wee I tried to get a few links from customer support or another the same and remove links from it. But apparently a sekonda don't sell link and won't sell another strap the same. Absolutely useless customer support not fit for purpose. They told me to take it to a jewelry shop which I did do 3 different ones only to be told sekonda won't sell them the parts. So I am just going to get a cheap strap off amazon and be done will it. But I would advise to anyone looking a watch to avoid sekonda for there after sales support is absolutely awful

What a good watch
The watch is full of features that do exactly what it says. Easy to switch straps, has a great selection on the website and simple to swap over. Retail price was £120 I managed to get it for £60 on a Jet2 holiday flight.

AVOID
Watch wasn't protected correctly when it was packaged - the watch was simply loose in a very large box within a thin plastic bag so the watch could have very easily come damaged.

I bought a watch with chronograph…
I bought a watch with chronograph function but they didn’t work even beginning but i couldn’t get time to contact then after 1 month the watch stopped working and i tried to contact them to claim my warranty but i couldn’t get proper solution to claim so watch is just in the drawer now

An all round bargain…
A bargain cheap watch for £40 that’s comfy, lovely looking and feels safe as it’s made by a proper watch maker (makes my dad happy). Free postage and quick delivery. Can’t ask for more.
