Also ich find's geil!!!
Ist natürlich Geschmackssache, und man muss ein wenig experimentieren, womit man was am besten mischt.
Als erstes habe ich alle Sorten pur probiert, um mir einen Eindruck über den Grundgeschmack zu verschaffen.
Pur schmeckt mir "Red" am besten, erinnert für meinen Geschmack sehr stark an eine gute (aber kalte) Feuerzangenbowle.
"Gold" ist pur eher wie ein Ingwer-Shot.
"Black" erinnert ein wenig an Liebstöckel ("Maggi").
Den Rest kann ich noch nicht so ganz einsortieren, aber durchaus jeweils auch auf seine Weise interessant. Hier finden sich sicherlich viele Möglichkeiten für Cocktails/Mixgetränke.
Die "leichte Schärfe" gibt einem ein wenig das Gefühl, etwas Alkoholisches getrunken zu haben (ich vergleiche es mit "Virgin Cocktails" ohne Alkohol und "richtigen" Cocktails mit Alkohol), so ungefähr ist das "Mehrgefühl" damit auch.
Und ja, es gibt aufgrund der eingesetzten "Kräuter" auch eine gewisse Wirkung auf den "Geist".
Aber: Ist natürlich alles Geschmackssache!
Ich selbst bin rundum SEHR zufrieden, aber es hat natürlich seinen (sicherlich auch verdienten) Preis.
Ich kann keinen allgemeingültigen Rat geben, das muss jeder selbst für sich entdecken und entscheiden.
Wenn man es nicht mag, bloß nicht wegschütten, denn "zur Not" lässt sich auch das eine oder andere Sößchen oder Süppchen damit verfeinern.
Für mich persönlich passt es sehr gut!

Of course, it's a matter of taste, and you have to experiment a bit to find out what mixes best with what.
First, I tried all the varieties neat to get an idea of the basic flavor.
I like "Red" best neat; to my taste, it strongly reminds me of a good (but cold) Feuerzangenbowle (a German mulled wine punch).
"Gold" neat is more like a ginger shot.
"Black" is a bit reminiscent of lovage ("Maggi").
I can't quite categorize the rest yet, but each one is certainly interesting in its own way. There are definitely many possibilities for cocktails and mixed drinks here.
The "slight spiciness" gives you a bit of the feeling of having drunk something alcoholic (I compare it to "virgin cocktails" without alcohol and "real" cocktails with alcohol), and that's roughly the "extra sensation" you get.
And yes, due to the "herbs" used, there is also a certain effect on the "mind."
But: Of course, it's all a matter of taste!
I myself am very satisfied, but it certainly comes at a price (which is undoubtedly well-deserved).
I can't give any universally applicable advice; everyone has to discover and decide for themselves.
If you don't like it, don't throw it away, because "in a pinch" you can always use it to enhance a sauce or soup.
For me personally, it's perfect!

One star to five star ⭐
7th Feb: My order and the order management was really poor. (Order marked as fulfilled when only partially delivered). The customer service set up was so poor that I gave them one star.
But the ‘human’ customer service was really good and sincere. I change my stars to 2/5 until I got my order.
I had ordered the trio Sentia and Stout
It is an acquired taste and if your an ‘indulgent drinker it probably isn’t for you’ but if you’re a stressed mum/ parent who is trying to set up a business after the kids have gone to bed it’s a godsend. It genuinely takes the edge of a hectic home life without the grogginess of alcohol and it a much better for feelings of restlessness and frazzled.
Gone are wine induced heaviness and brain fog. Replaced by feeling chilled and focused.
Careful what you wish for, it works so well I end up working till midnight. Not because I’m wired but because I feel I can.
And when I go to bed I have a better nights sleep and no hangover.
I still enjoy my wine on weekends. But this is a perfect midweek guilt free pick me up!
28th April: I’ve ordered again, and it’s all arrived without a hitch. Can’t wait to enjoy it while I work tonight. It is good as they say it is!

Unfortunately we had a serious issue with our warehouse in the last week which resulted in some orders being delayed and split into two shipments. An email was sent out to all customers affected by the delay, however with our small start-up team we were unable to notify each and every customer who were affected with split shipments.

Really great customer service
Just really great customer service. I accidentally ordered the red rather than the gold, not a problem at all, great communication. Sorted out a return and sent out the gold I had been intending to order straight away. Considering the error was entirely mine they could not have been more professional. Lovely product too, so refreshing and relaxing.

Good, expensive, website slow to react to subscription changes. Adding to subscription is impossible
The drinks are fine but very expensive for soft drinks in a small 500cc bottle. The black is a good bedtime nightcap and the yellow is a little relaxing. The website is confusing a difficult to navigate and changing subscriptions is tricky. A cancelled subscription turns up anyway and trying to add an additional bottle to an existing subscription, well you might as well forget it unless you want to pay the single bottle price. Otherwise fine but prices are high so likely to be a treat rather than a forever subscription.

We appreciate our products are not cheap. Alcohol is cheap to mass produce, making a bottle of SENTIA Spirits is a complex process. Our ingredients contain high quality functional plant botanicals such as Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Sage, Nigerian Ginger root and more sourced from fair-trade suppliers around the world. SENTIA Spirits cost more to put on-shelf, than a premium alcohol spirit does.

3 years plus alcohol FREE!
I started drinking GABA Spirits just before Christmas 2024 And LOVE them all!! Very impressed!
I love all the flavours but particularly the Black - and with any kind of ginger! I advise going for the Fever Tree mixers.
I’ve just passed 3 years alcohol free! GABA Spirits have so helped me achieve this! They defo work and have helped me to be more sociable as I really don’t like being around alcohol!
Highly recommend them!
I go for the bundle offer of the 3 bottles - it works out much cheaper; you can also subscribe!

I like sentia but better packaging is needed
I personally like Sentia, it is not the same as alcohol but it does give me slight buzz. Also it feels like something special, compared to a glass of soda or a alcoholfree beer. It does have a pronounced taste but I like it, especially since I do not drink it too often.
I do not mind the price but I do find it very annoying that they stopped with the 20cl bottles. They advertise a lot with moderation but then they only offer those 50cl bottles with limited shelf life and more sediment at the bottom. Much prefer smaller packaging for occassional use.

The company is an inspiration to anyone who wants to cut down or cut out alcohol. Their articles and mocktail recipes make it easy to stay on track. The only downside is the price and living in France with delivery makes it expensive.

OK, but none of the claimed 'effects'
The drinks are a nice alternative to alcohol, for the sake of having something in your hand. The gold and red taste nice, but the black is very bitter, so best mixed with a long mixer.
I've tried all 3 now and haven't noticed any 'buzz' or 'effects' from any of them apart from palpitations. I don’t drink alcohol at all, and thankfully had low expectations of any effects. 😁
I won't be purchasing again, better to spend less money on some good quality cordial.

Unfortunately it gives me a hangover!
Very fast delivery and well wrapped without plastic. Products look lovely too.
I couldn’t see how to contact the makers directly so writing on here.
I so wanted to love these drinks but unfortunately, I seem to get hangover like symptoms from them the next day. This morning I have a terrible headache and dry mouth. Is this unusual? I noticed it the first time after I tried Gaba Gold the following day, and last night I tried Gaba Red and today it feels exactly like a hangover for me. To note I only get very, very subtle effects from the drink as I am drinking, but have now tried it three times and each time I try it, the next day I get a headache so I don’t think it is a coincidence. I’m quite sensitive to coffee too so perhaps I just react to things. I’m a bit sad actually.

A follow up review
I bought the 3 pack offer, gold black and red. Love the gold for the relaxation vibe and really I enjoy the spicy taste of the black although not sure if it has any mood effects. I have not opened the red yet as they have a shelf life once opened so am waiting until the other 2 bottles are nearly gone. There unfortunately was a problem with my original order, which happens anywhere, and once I contacted customer services it was very quickly rectified and the customer service experience was very pleasant. I find I am more than happy to replace a glass of wine with Sentia. Have already put in an order for more gold! I definitely recommend trying the product.

Since writing the above review, I have consumed more of the "black" ...mixed with half tonic and half sparkling water it is a very pleasant drink for anyone who enjoys colas
But the gaba red is something else, it is such a pleasant flavourful drink that is absolutely my favourite.

Does nothing too sweet, no kick in the flavour. Bought for dry Jan, day 3 and nothing, just marketing, still feel tense after three Gaba red. Very expensive, don’t waste your money.
