I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel it is important to share my experience so that other businesses can make a properly informed decision.
I entered into an agreement with Seractech following a Zoom call. Within days of signing, I attempted to cancel due to serious changes in my business circumstances and the fact I was unable to proceed. The software was never accessed or used at any stage.
Despite this, the company continued to enforce a 12 month contract and take payments.
What is most concerning is that it was later acknowledged that the full sales call was not recorded. In other words, there is no complete record of how the agreement was presented from the outset. Even so, they have still chosen to rely on a partial recording and a signed contract to justify enforcing the full term, rather than addressing the situation fairly.
There has been no flexibility, no accountability, and no willingness to take responsibility for their own process failing.
Any business considering working with them should be extremely careful. Make sure everything is clearly documented from start to finish, make sure you fully understand what you are committing to, and do not assume that raising concerns early will lead to a reasonable outcome.
Also be aware that when concerns are raised, responses may be framed around technicalities and justifications rather than any genuine attempt to resolve matters properly. In my experience, this approach is used to deflect rather than address the core issue.
Based on how this has been handled, I would not recommend this company. I have now passed all information to my solicitor.
Proceed with caution.

It close to a racket as far as I’m concerned,
Avoid at all costs, it will save you a lot of stress and a lot of arguments about payments for a service that actually isn’t “ hassle free” at all.

Rip-Off - Terms and Conditions
These guys are REAL Unscrupulous, unethical company I have ever come across. Sales person doesn't provide any exit terms and conditions when binding you in the contract. PLEASE READ Terms and Conditions very very carefully.
There is NO COOLING OFF PERIOD.
There is a DEFAULT auto-renewal.
On top A LATE Cancellation FEES of 2 MONTHS..!! So if you are paying £300 every month there is a £600 late cancellation fees..!! in addition to the month you just paid for let say 12 month contract you send across your notice in week #1 of 13th month so you have now paid for 13th month plus you will be paying to 14th and 15th month..!!!

Misleading sales practices
Misleading sales practices.
I received a call from Josh White this morning implying they were a contractor with loads of opportunities across the Midlands and they needed partners to take over contracts that cant be fulfilled in April and May. I accepted a meeting on this basis.
After receiving the e-mail, I then realised they're some lead generation platform- NOT a contractor. VERY misleading to try to trick me into a meeting.
Needless to say, if you try to trick me into a meeting and lie from the offset, then I know this is not a good service.
I have raised my concerns directly with them- but remember, this is a small industry, we all talk. Tricking your way into meetings is going to end badly.
Their reply is nonsense and just sums them up perfectly. With all these reviews showing it's a total scam, it's clear you should stay away...

I registered with this company but…
I registered with this company but never used their service at any time. I never sent any letters, never accessed any data, and was never given access to the tools required to use the service.
The only payments taken from me were registration-related payments at sign-up. I did not sign a one-year contract, nor did I agree to ongoing charges. I became unemployed shortly after registering and did not proceed beyond the initial stage.
Despite this, I was later told that I owed money for a service I never used and never benefited from. When I asked for a copy of the contract I allegedly signed and evidence of service usage, this was not clearly provided.
The situation escalated to the point where the company issued a small claims court claim seeking payment, which I found extremely distressing given that no service was used and no signed long-term contract exists.
I was also made uncomfortable during a call when references were made to my LinkedIn profile and websites connected to my name, which I felt were irrelevant and inappropriate in a billing dispute. (This was said by the Head of Finance.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. This experience has been very stressful, and I urge others to protect their mental health by carefully checking whether they can stop or cancel any agreement they sign before proceeding.

I signed up for this system with the expectation of clear communication and transparency. However, my experience has been anything but that. The process felt rushed and unclear, and I was led to believe that only a small number of companies had access to this system, which now seems misleading.
I received ten letters regarding my planning application, suggesting that I would be the primary business to benefit from this service. Instead, it felt more like a sales tactic than genuine support. The lack of adequate backup service has rendered this experience a complete waste of time and money—essentially just another tech scam.
I strongly advise against subscribing to this service. It has been several weeks since I unsubscribed, yet they continue to hound me with constant communications.
Let’s be clear: when a company fails to deliver on its advertised products and support, it causes significant stress for users.

I signed up for this system but everything was rushed and not transparent, They never explained how many subscribers were in each area and just took money from my account with no backup service at all, A complete waste of time and money, just another tech fraud system, I would strongly advise against this subscription, Its been one year since I unsubscribed and they are hounding me and causing me severe stress, threatening me to court, Lets me clear here when a company cannot supply a product that is advertised then they must compensate for any money paid to them.

Terrible company
Terrible company , signed me up to a service that they did not deliver , promised personal weekly support and was a waste of time , after 3 months I had enough and canceled the service as they lied and miss sold it!
They keep taking money from my account without permission! Woman on the phone very obnoxious and horrible, I’m now going legal to recover money taken without permission and fraudulently! Stay away at all cost
