We have had an excellent experience with SeracTech so far. The service has been professional, well organised, and everything has been explained clearly throughout the onboarding process.

NASTY PEOPLE AND WORTHLESS COMPANY WHO ARE OUT THERE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.
And threaten you without offering anything, but in return they want your money anyway, they have been calling me to join them for well over a year, in the end l was convinced, l thought whatever the case hopefully l will get a project at least to justify the expenses, after 5 months l realized that l was dishing out money each month but nothing in return, besides no project and l had to lay people off, so l stopped paying them, do they wanna know that? NOOO, they just want your money pretending and telling you that you have a licence and if you are not paying they will take you to court, make no mistake these people are professionals and will do anything to get your cash, their addresses to send letters to most of them fake or not fully correct, land addresses, addresses with no names or postcodes, so after all the threats and phone calls from cerac l decided to have a look at their reviews, and guess what all the people here are in same situation as me it's a no brainer, so l decided to get legal advise and guess what, no win no fee advices that l can get my money back, as l have signed no contract and there is no agreement between me and cerac it's just a shady agreement on the phone and then me paying money to them without them offering any services, so people "DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE CONS AND GIVE THEM MONEY" they do not care about you or what you do or if you have money or not if they call you do the right thing and hang up. I wanna know where their office is so l can go and see them in person and demand explanation because these people are thieves, l don't know how the government allows them to operate like that knowing that they are not there to offer services but to destroy services.
if there was an option to leave no stars or minus 5stars l would.

My Experience with Serac Technologies

I would strongly advise other tradespeople to think carefully before signing a contract with Serac Technologies.

During the sales process, I was given the impression that the service would generate a significant amount of work and help grow my business. However, after signing the contract and making payments, I did not receive the results that were promised or implied.

I found communication very difficult once I became a customer. When I tried to contact my sales representative, Ollie Hudson, regarding my concerns and questions, I struggled to get responses.

In my personal experience, I paid a substantial amount of money and did not receive enough value in return. I feel that the sales presentation created expectations that were not met.

Before signing any agreement, I recommend that business owners carefully read the contract, understand the cancellation terms, and make sure they are comfortable with the commitment.

This review is based entirely on my own experience as a customer.

Very disappointed with Serac Technologies Ltd.
I signed up for what turned out to be a yearly subscription. After paying, I did not receive a single lead and felt that the service delivered no value. When I wanted to cancel, I discovered that I was still committed to paying for the full year, which was not what I expected.
Communication and support were poor, and my concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, I feel that I paid a significant amount of money without receiving the results or service that were promised.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to carefully review the contract terms and cancellation policy before signing up.

I signed up to Sercactec anfter they pretended to be customer looking for an quote under the impression that I was paying a one-off fee, simply split over 12 months for convenience. At no point was it made clear to me in a transparent or obvious way that I was entering into a fixed 12-month contract with auto-renewal.

When I tried to cancel early, I was told I was locked into the contract. Fair enough — I accepted that and waited until the 12 months had passed. However, after the initial term ended, payments continued, and when I contacted them again, I was told the contract had automatically renewed for another 12 months.

This is where the issue lies. The auto-renewal terms were not clearly communicated at the point of sale, and judging by the numbers of similar reviews here, this seems to be a recurring problem affecting many customers.

In my opinion, this business model relies heavily on unclear terms and catches customers out, which is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Companies should be upfront and transparent, especially when it comes to contracts and renewals.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to read the terms very carefully and be fully aware of the renewal conditions before signing up.

My onboarding experience was hosted by Grace Gallagher Chin. She guided me through the process seamlessly. I was left feeling confident and comfortable with the system. I am new to the platform but I'm excited for the possibilities it may create.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel it is important to share my experience so that other businesses can make a properly informed decision.
I entered into an agreement with Seractech following a Zoom call. Within days of signing, I attempted to cancel due to serious changes in my business circumstances and the fact I was unable to proceed. The software was never accessed or used at any stage.
Despite this, the company continued to enforce a 12 month contract and take payments.
What is most concerning is that it was later acknowledged that the full sales call was not recorded. In other words, there is no complete record of how the agreement was presented from the outset. Even so, they have still chosen to rely on a partial recording and a signed contract to justify enforcing the full term, rather than addressing the situation fairly.
There has been no flexibility, no accountability, and no willingness to take responsibility for their own process failing.
Any business considering working with them should be extremely careful. Make sure everything is clearly documented from start to finish, make sure you fully understand what you are committing to, and do not assume that raising concerns early will lead to a reasonable outcome.
Also be aware that when concerns are raised, responses may be framed around technicalities and justifications rather than any genuine attempt to resolve matters properly. In my experience, this approach is used to deflect rather than address the core issue.
Based on how this has been handled, I would not recommend this company. I have now passed all information to my solicitor.
Proceed with caution.

In my experience,This company promises ypu a effort free service, then during the zoom call demo asks you to log into “your account” which in doing so then triggers there licence with you to be active and enables them to claim there monthly fee, ( which you will be hounded for constantly)
It close to a racket as far as I’m concerned,
Avoid at all costs, it will save you a lot of stress and a lot of arguments about payments for a service that actually isn’t “ hassle free” at all.
