We booked Serenity for a Hen weekend celebration, we booked 15 treatments within our group including standard & hot stone massages, facials & pedicures everyone was very happy with their treatments some saying that they were the best they had had!
We had a total of 3 beauticians all were very friendly & professional. The contact & booking system was very easy with good communication. Overall we would rate them 5* & felt that we received very good value for money!

I had such a lovely experience with Serenity Pamper Parties. Everything was so well organised, while still feeling relaxed and easy from start to finish.

It was a surprise daytime party, and the therapist even waited in her car until the big reveal so there was no chance of spoiling it. That level of care and attention made the whole experience feel really special.

The treatments were amazing, the atmosphere was calm and everyone could properly relax and enjoy themselves. It was such a lovely way to celebrate with friends and made the day feel personal, memorable and completely stress-free.

I would highly recommend Serenity Pamper Parties for birthdays, hen parties, baby showers or any occasion where you want something a bit different and genuinely enjoyable.

I booked a Serenity pamper party as a treat for my daughter's 16th birthday party at our house.

The communication was superb with Serenity throughout and the therapist, Claire, arrived on time and was great with the girls. They all enjoyed being able to select from a good variety of treatments.

She made all of them feel comfortable and was happily chatting with them all and letting them have moments of quiet when they wanted it and played music for them during their treatments- which they loved.

All of them were very relaxed by the end and would have loved for it to continue. They all want to have the back massages/ head massages/ manicures again as they said it was amazing.

We had such a fantastic experience for my daughter’s 13th birthday. The two therapists who came were incredibly professional, friendly, and made everyone feel at ease straight away.
Booking was simple and stress-free, and the whole experience ran smoothly from start to finish. The team were so kind and easy to get along with – it really made the day special for all the girls.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review and say a huge thank you following the pamper party we booked as a surprise for my sisters 40th birthday - we all loved it!

The booking process was smooth, Jo was very accommodating and had great communication throughout.

In particular, I’d love to give a special mention to our beauty therapist - Joanna, who truly made the experience exceptional.

She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. Every guest commented on how wonderful their treatment was, with many saying it was the best treatment/massage they’ve ever had, and several of the group regularly have massages and treatments.

Joanna made everyone feel completely at ease and delivered such a high standard of care throughout and a number of us are already keen to re-book with her in the future - I will definitely be recommending her and Serenity Pamper Parties to others.

Really great service, I originally had to re-book due to Covid, Jo was extremely understanding and I was so glad to be able to finally have my pamper party. The therapists were lovely and created a nice calming environment with music and nice smells. They were on time and were accommodating when having a slight change of location last minute. Jo and the team were timely with their responses and answering any questions during the booking process. I highly recommend Serenity Pamper Parties!

I contacted Serenity for treatments for a Hen Do. Communication was quick and efficient. Jo was great and answered any questions I had. There were a wide range of options for treatments, these varied in length and price. I think the prices were very reasonable, especially as the treatment was being carried out at the chosen location. Karen arrived on the day, she was so lovely and made everyone feel comfortable. The treatments were a highlight of the weekend. I couldn't recommend Serenity enough.

I used Serenity Pamper Parties for my family hen do as we wanted something really relaxing for our weekend away. From initial enquiry, the communication was good and due to timings, I was able to ensure we had two therapists at the same time so that we could fit in our evening activities. The therapists arrived on time, were professional and friendly. They set up quickly and ensured the rooms were nicely set up for a relaxing atmosphere. The massages themselves were soooo good and we all came out a little sleepy but so relaxed. I would highly recommend and would use again!

I booked with Serenity Pamper Parties for my baby shower and the whole process was so easy and exactly what we were after. Prices were really reasonable and communication was quick and clear throughout. Two therapists were provided for our group size and they were fantastic and so helpful and communicative. Everyone had a wonderful time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
