Had Serenity for a 50th birthday weekend. Best massage I have ever had (don’t tell the husband!!). Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and professional, highly recommended 😃

I booked Serenity for a girls' weekend away in North Wales. I've been under a lot of stress lately and this was just what I needed!

Booking was so easy and communication was excellent. I had a few questions beforehand and Serenity always came back to me straight away and really made me feel looked after.

Everything was really well organised and the two therapists were friendly, punctual and very professional. It was clear that the highly qualified therapists knew exactly what they were doing and put us at ease straight away. We had a range of treatments: facials, massages and deluxe manicures and pedicures. The luxury back, neck and shoulder massage was AMAZING, I don't think I've ever felt so relaxed and it really helped me to feel less stressed! We all loved our treatments and enjoyed it so much that we've actually already made our next booking for another friend's birthday in October! Definitely recommend Serenity for a good pampering!

I recently booked Serenity to provide a pamper party for my friend's hen do and the experience exceeded expectations. They were really helpful in getting things organised for us quickly and it was a stress free experience throughout.

They planned a schedule for both of the therapists, it all ran smoothly on the day and all attendees were happy with their treatments. The therapists who carried out the treatments were professionally dressed, polite and highly experienced in the treatments they offered.

We all had a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Would highly recommend serenity pamper party for any occasion. I contacted this company in regards to my sister in laws hen doo and they were so professional and accommodating. They set up and left with no bother, both therapists were really lovely and made everyone feel so comfortable with their treatments. This company is fantastic. From the moment I booked my pamper party to the end of the pampering sessions at the party, they were ultra professional, answered all my queries promptly and were warm and friendly. All the ladies that had treatments were very happy and very relaxed when done. I would highly recommend them and hopefully will be using them again soon.
