We booked for a hen do and the whole experience was perfect! Therapists were excellent and very accommodating, the communication with the company prior to the hen do was great and would highly recommend! We had a lot of compliments from the guests! Thanks again!

The lady who booked me in (Jo) was very responsive and helpful. The website was also useful. On the day, we have two lovely therapists arrive and overall it was really great. I would definitely use them again for a private party.

We recently used Serenity pamper parties for my sister’s hen weekend. We had therapists Julie and Alison come to pamper us.
Both ladies were amazing. Fantastic massages, professional and friendly. All the ladies receiving treatments commented on how much they enjoyed them.
The booking process was easy and good communication from the company.

Highly recommend Serenity Pamper Parties. I booked a pamper party for my Mum's birthday at our holiday rental in Devon. The booking process was flawless - swift communication and help provided when needed. I requested a change to our timings and this was kindly accomodated. Contact was made on the lead up to the party and on the morning to confirm arrangements. Our beauty therapist, Emma contacted me on the day and arrived on time. She was professional and everyone was thrilled with their treatments. Thank you so much!!

a big thank you to Jo for helping to arrange a pamper evening for my friends hen weekend. Although the hen party was repeatedly postponed due to covid Jo was very accommodating in helping with rearranging alternative dates and kept me regular updated with the progress leading up to the event.
Claire was our therapist for the evening and although she had a long commute from Minehead to us in South Devon and then had to carry out back, shoulder, & head massages on all 8 of us all on her own it was a long night for Claire but she gave us some fantastic care and attention when carrying out the treatments.

We had three therapists (Nardia, Sue and Emma V) come to an AirBnB rental to do a pamper day for my Hen Do in North Yorkshire at the beginning of April. We were quite rural, but that was no problems.

I was quite nervous about making the commitment because of the lack of reviews on places like FB and Google (even Trustpilot only has a few) but I forged ahead and am very glad I did.
The organisation was easy from the outset. Jo in the office was quick to reply and flexible on arrangements.

The therapists themselves were skilled and knowledgeable, friendly and flexible and everything you'd want for a relaxing day.
They stayed on to ensure that everyone got the full treatments that had been booked and were lovely throughout.

If you're looking for a mobile pamper party with good service and realistic pricing, then I would fully recommend Serenity.

Hi , we just wanted to leave a review for our beauty therapist Sydney.
Such a friendly lady , always smiling. We helped her with her stuff to the house and up the stairs , she’s so polite and kept thanking us. I had the head massage and I will say it’s probably the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few over the years. She asked me if I wanted oils in my hair , asked me if everything was ok then quietly carried on with my treatment. My cousin had a facial and someone with bad skin she has them regularly and was so happy with hers it left her very relaxed after and she literally didn’t get off the sofa all night. My sister had a Head massage and had a funny turn (feeling hot and sick) Sydney stopped the massage and made sure she was ok with water and fresh air. My sister didn’t want to carry on so Sydney went onto the next client to give my sister a rest and after offered her a hand massage. My sister was very happy with Sydney’s service. The communication with everyone involved was brilliant and have recommended you to others who have asked how are evening went. Thank you to you all and a massive thanks to Sydney. 😊

I recently booked Serenity to provide a hen do pamper party for 12 people at short notice. The team were really helpful in getting things organised so quickly and, even though it was short notice, really helped to make it a stress-free experience. I was also able to speak to the two therapists booked shortly before the day itself to discuss directions, arrival time and room set-ups, etc. This was really useful as it meant that everything went smoothly on the day. The therapists who attended were very professional and polite and everyone was happy with their selected treatment. I would not hesitate to use Serenity again for another experience in future!

I booked Serenity for my Hen Party. It was quite last minute but Jo was amazing and arranged everything quickly and efficiently. Everyone at my party thoroughly enjoyed their treatments and my massage was amazing. Rachel (our therapist) was so lovely and all the guests said so too. I would definitely recommend booking this company and I wouldn't hesitate to book them again in future :)

This was a perfect afternoon of treatments for myself and a few friends and a chance to get together, some of the best treatments we’ve ever had. Sholpan, the therapist was very accommodating and all in the comfort of our own home, amazing!

I booked to have beauty therapists deliver treatments for my sisters hen weekend - it was postponed a couple times due to COVID but they’ve been accommodating throughout! Jo was clear in communications and the 3 therapists scheduled in were amazing! The hens were so happy with their treatments - Emma, Sarah and Basia were all lovely and professional and dealt with the craziness of the hen weekend. Thanks so much!!

I organised a pamper party for 15 ladies and Jo and the Serenity team arranged 4 beauty therapists to attend. They created a schedule of treatments which was a challenge to coordinate and after a few tweaks to the schedule - we were good to go! Then good old COVID struck! One therapist tested positive - but Jo rallied round and found a replacement at the last minute! Then on the day of the party - another therapist fell ill and unfortunately and understandably, another therapist could not be sourced - so we carried on with 3 therapists. And they could not have been more accommodating- they ensured the majority of the guests had their treatments and were spoiled and pampered. I would defo use Serenity again - they did as much as possible to coordinate the events, despite the unplanned hiccups. They were professional and easy to communicate with - I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I wanted a pamper party for my 21st and it was great! Easy to book and trustworthy therapists.

I was looking for something different for my birthday. I didn't want to go out for a meal. I wanted to be comfortable in my own home. I check a couple of companies but I based my choice on the reviews. This was the best decision I made. There was brillant communication in the run up to the evening, a good selection of treatments to chose from and also the length of time. Very easy to pay and then a follow up to make sure everything had gone to plan. The therapist herself was amazing and each of my friends came away feeling amazing and totally relaxed. I will be booking again and I know my friends also enjoyed it they are looking to book. My location was West Sussex.

Highly recommend Serenity - The response to my initial enquiry was so quick and informative. The booking process was simple and again the response to confirm the booking was quick and contained all the information I needed. We all had either manicures or pedicures as a 60th birthday treat for my Auntie. The day ran smoothly. Would definitely use Serenity again.

Couldn't recommend this company enough! SO helpful from start to finish with plenty of different spa treatment options to choose from. The service was professional and everyone really enjoyed it.
