I would highly recommend Serenity pamper parties to everyone in need of a little relaxation. I had contacted them in regards to arranging a pamper party for my friends 40th birthday we were having in Wales. Being from London I was slightly worried about organising something for so far away and the house we had was in a remote place that I had no idea where it was. Serenity were so helpfull from start to finish. We had originally booked treatments for all 8 of us which required 2 therapists on the day, and unfortunately a few days before we were told that only 1 therapists was available. We were offered for the 1 therapist to stay all day and do the treatments but unfortunately that clashed with the plans we had for the rest of the day so wasn’t an option we could take. This resulted in only half of our party being able to have treatments. Serenity did try their best to get another therapist and we’re very apologetic when this wasn’t possible.
Despite the changes, we all still had a fantastic day. Elen our therapist was so friendly and catered to all of our individual needs.

The therapists were pleasant , professional and punctual. The equipment used was all of good standard. They allowed some flexibility with the treatments and times.Overall a very good experience.

We enquired about a pamper party really last minute and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We had a lovely evening and the therapist was really nice. We enjoyed massages, facial and mini pedicure.., all fab.

Natalie was professional and we all enjoyed out treatments we felt relaxed afterwards and would definitely recommend Natalie

Relaxing hen pamper in Devon. We had two lovely beauticians to pamper a group of 12 hens. They were both lovely, friendly and professional. The treatments were great and I would highly recommend!

Sharon and Claire were the therapists for my sister's hen do in Cornwall and we all had an amazing time with our various treatments. We all came away from our treatments relaxed and would recommend them again. Serenity pamper parties were also always quick and helpful when replying to my queries and gave me the contact info for each therapist.

We booked last minute and the team were happy to accommodate us and come out to our remote cottage on a snowy weekend - Thank you for the effort Greta and we all loved the massages and feel fab :)

I booked Serenity Pamper Parties for a hen weekend. It was super easy to organise with Kate and Jo getting back to emails really quickly, only a small deposit and payment needed later. Magdalena, our therapist, was lovely and everyone enjoyed their mini treatments. Will definitely be using again in the future!

i had a small party for 5 people and we all had 1 hour of treatments. The two therapists were excellent, very professional and it was a luxury salon experience in the comfort of home.
We loved it and will definitely be doing it again.

Fantastic experience from 1st contact with Serenity, prompt responses, nothing too much trouble. On the day Elen and Karen were professional, experienced therapists every member of our party commented that it was the best treatment they have ever received.

I booked a pamper party for my friends hen do for 10 people. It all ran really smoothly from the point if booking through to the day - communication and organisation was great. Two therapists came for the afternoon, they were on time, very professional, creating a relaxing environment and the treatments were fabulous, everyone enjoyed them. We finally got to experience our pamper session after having to cancel due to covid earlier in the year. Jo was really helpful by rebooking. We enjoyed our pampers the therapists were really friendly and communication was good. Really enjoyed our experience!
