Perfectly handled plumbing issues
I had a very fit main water inlet and water dripping from hot water mixer. I posted in check trader site and from there it went to 3 vendors. One service team member called me and asked for permission to message on what’s app. I shared video and photos of my tight water inlet and dripping mixer. They shared a quote which was reasonable and for first time users received 25% off. Service team member was very considerate and answered all of my queries. The guy who came to fix issue was very genuine and sorted things within 30 mins. He gave guidance as well on few general issues . He was very helpful and kind. I felt like do I need to pay this much amount for 30 minutes job. But I am paying for that plumber experience and knowledge which I lack. Overall very satisfied.

Very efficient service for the boiler repair ref MTX324780. Part was ordered promptly and plumber return to fit it the next day. It's really helpful to get the time slot the day before and to be able to track arrival.
