Just being honest
Speed of delivery was excellent but I’m not sure that the boards delivered were what we ordered because of the variance in colour and pattern of the boards. Unfortunately, there is no way to truly tell and time will reveal all because the order was for external grade hardwood boards and so we will see how they weather. Price was good but have I got what we paid for?

Customer Service is outstanding
When I needed to change the delivery date the guy in despatch was great and altered the delivery day no questions. The delivery driver was also great as he helped me unload the mdf sheets to in front of the shop. Everything about this company is about good customer service - Brilliant!!!!!

Just want to say delivery driver was the dogs danglies. he went over and above by taking our 8x4 sheets up the most awkward of properties when he could have just left at the bottom like most delivery drivers
