They helped me get my package refunded after it was stolen without any issues and I didn’t have to do anything but reply to a few emails saved me a lot of hassle.

You confuse me at the end I got too many steps involved in this protection plan I have no idea what I just purchased I'll give you four stars anyway cuz I'm afraid you might not give me my ticket I'll have a hard time getting my refund
