I have ordered a set of pots in November 2022. After a month of not receiving the order, emailed them. Exchanged several messages in the following couple months, every time they would apologise for delay saying that the order is being processed/ shipped. The tracking number, however, suggests that the parcel was delivered mid-December to a some unknown location. I've given up by now but , please, anyone who thinks of purchasing from them, definitely stay away from this fraudulent site!

Well just like everyone else I ordered a alarm clock safe 3/31/2023 it’s now 4/29/2023 still haven’t received anything yet but they will send you to fake tracking site and it will pull up some bogus tracking information please do not buy anything from here also I know for a fact they tried to use my credit card a couple weeks later so I had to cancel my card they tried to make a purchase for 1450 dollars STAY AWAY

Shobing Online Store scammed me out of a small gun safe. Stupid jerks.

I had ordered a set of pots back in early Dec. Well I never received my pots. Still to this day I've been fighting to get a refund and they tell me to be patient as they are looking for my package in their warehouse, or another thing they tell me is that my product was found and on its way. So they send me an email with the only address I get is a tracking number that shows up as having been delivered to a place in MA. Well I'm living in CO, I've sent them all the the information o needed to prove that it ended somewhere else. I have started requesting a refund and they send me the same mess, that they keep and sending the email that they looking in their warehouse. It's been a constant battle with them. This has been a constant battle with them. Please avoid this company. They are nothing but a scam!!!

I ordered a pot set from January and all now I haven't received anything.

I also wished to have checked reviews I ordered a pot set mid November the tracking they gave me was for someone in England I'm in Scotland numerous emails back and forth and they're skipping round giving me a refund unlikely I'll ever see it I'm going to contact my bank in morning as hopefully they can maybe flag it too late for me but hopefully no-one else is scammed by these people

Shobing is a Scam. They delivered the item in Hawaii which was bound for Florida. The fake 24 hour shipping service will tell you to check your post office and have a nice day. Sounds like Nigerians.

no email no news at all .
this is so unprofessional and they don't even have a contact number that you can call and site is rubbish
so disappointed . please do not use this site .

I ordered a pot set, back in December, still don’t have it.
I have no doubt this is a scam.
After trying to send countless emails, which come back as unsent because their email wasn’t found.
I had to go to the bank and change my banking info, after many unauthorized charges were made on my account.
Please everyone don’t get sucked in like I was.

October I ordered this and they just send you a different tracking number everytime.

I ordered a pot set since the 30th December 2022. Order TCQ-A55256. It should have arrived in 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my pots. I contacted them and they are telling me I need to check with my local postoffice. This site is a SCAM. They rip people off and don't care. I wished I had checked for reviews before purchasing. would have saved me a lot of heart ache. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything without first checking for reviews.

I’m glad I googled this site before ordering from them. Idk how Facebook can block someone for 30 days for free speech but let’s this bull go on. These sites are mostly from china that is scamming us Americans with these fake websites. I was about to spend 10k so I can sell the merchandise in my store, but decided to look at reviews first.

I have been through 14 emails back and forth with them. They provided me 2 different tracking numbers to prolong the inevitable conclusion that they were never going to send my paid for package. The first tracking number said my package had been delivered to Hawaii and the second tracking number said my package had been delivered to the Miami Fl airport. I live in Virginia. Nothing but a bunch of lies.

Scam....totally....dont waste your money and its false advertising and the customer service is a joke.

Sadly my story is the same as all these others that have been stolen from, also reviewing.

So where do we go from here? And is this common for the scanners to be so sophisticated that they are able to work seemingly with royal mail? I also had an still image of a front door presented to me on royal mail site using their tracking feature?
How they sleep at night, they clearly have been stringing this on for as long as possible, responding to tracking queries ect..

Well, there went that money down the drain! I should have known better! It was too good to be true! When I made the purchase, my bank notified me and it alerted me of a possible scam and I had to okay the purchase. I have ordered many things from online, so I okayed it. I've been wondering when it was going to arrive as it said Feb 28. Then, I found this. I CANNOT find the store anywhere!! Any ideas?? I HATE being duped!!!

Order place early December for a Christmas item. Never received. In tracking the item sent to Texas and I live in Florida. There is a response but it is usually one of two emails, standard response. It is now March and I am getting "because of the holidays......" Really. Big scam. They should be removed from the internet. Is there anything lower then one star?

Terrible scammers. No item received, tracking leads back to two different addresses in the same state as me but not where I live. Lame response to my email asking for clarification and refund telling me to be patient. Super pissed.
