I glad I came to this website, I had exact experience with them. My parcel apparently was delivered to wrong address, and they try find right order. Ask for refund never happened. Ask me to wait. And now is 3 months already. And send email to them they are scamners. I seen the same cast iron on different website now with exact offer. Hope nobody will order.

Who would like to start a class action suite against this company I order a cast iron set in Nov. 2022 and have not receive goods I have contact this company several times and always get excuses has to why I haven't receive item I check tracking info and it said it was delivered to a city in Puetro Rico I contact company and to the point am still waiting

I purchased goods in November 22 which were not received. The local post office confirmed the goods were delivered to a different address. I have made numerous email attempts to contact Shobing who eventually replied they would investigate with result in 3-5 days. That was 2 weeks ago now with no further correspondence. I have now requested a full refund. I do not think this company is trustworthy, there is a level of incompetence and with no interest in customer satisfaction. There is no valid customer support. All round-poor service.

If I could score them a 0 then I most definitely would. They are a bunch of scam artists who have no morals or conscience and they just take peoples money. Spread the word people. They are a bunch of Liars and Crooks.

Total scam , ordered two months back no news, on enquiry ,was informed that both packages are delivered

Same as the rest on here total scam. Ordered in December pots and pans. Tracking said delivered to New Jersey but we are in Florida. They won’t respond to us after we told them we wanted a refund! Garbage People and Crooks!

Ordered good Nov 22 goods still not here. Chased in Dec,Jan and Feb and made all the right noises but now I've asked for a refund total silence. Total sham company

SCAMMERS! I should have known it from the start. Price was too good to be true. But I read comments on the page that they have received their pots and even posted pictures of it. So I made the order and patiently waited but nothing came. Tracked it every time and finally said delivered but to a different address. Even contacted Canada post to verify. Ive been scammed too by these evil people who cant crack a bone to earn money and just scam people for easy money. I wish you all burn in hell.

I have been texting this company for almost 1 1/2 months to refund me my money. They are scammers. Order a pot set in January and it says it got delivered to California but I live in Florida. They always write back and says wait patiently but I text them to refund my money everyday. Until they refund my money they will be having a text from me everyday.

YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!! I had ordered the cast iron set of pans. I have sent 5 emails about never receiving my package. I have shown proof of purchase and I have shown proof from the tracking that they never mailed it to my Minnesota address. Instead they mailed it to HAWAII!!! So someone in Hawaii is enjoying my pans. I have asked numerous times for a refund and still have not received it. In fact one email I received stated that I should look around my house or ASK MY KIDS!!! I have no children. This company is a scam!!! Do not buy anything from them!!! They will steal your money and NEVER REFUND YOU!!! I have had no resolotion and this has been going on since DECEMBER 19th WHEN I ORDERED!!!!!

This place is a total scam. Ordered a set of pans back at the first of December for a Christmas present. Finally looked and said my package was delivered to an address in New Mexico. I live in Arkansas. If this place wasn’t a scam then how the hell does a package meant for Arkansas end up in New Mexico. Going to my bank today to report them as fraudulent charge. Good luck on getting anything you order from these crooks. I did however learn my lesson, if it isn’t being made and shipped in the US I’m not buying it anymore

I placed an order on November 11,2022 I received a tracking number it supposedly shipped from China made it's way to California and ended up in Alaska where it says it was picked up. Now I'm no genius but Texas is over 4,000 miles away from Alaska and I most certainly did not go to Alaska to pick up my order so therefore this is a total scam in my book and I have emailed them back and forth and they tell me the warehouse has verified it was shipped correctly. Well I can say I think they are a total scam and steal people's money and hope they rot in HELL!!!!!!

I bought cast iron pan in this site shobing online shop,Through facebook But I Do not received any item from them, the bank inform me already took my money. totally scammer online shobing!

Unfortunately I ordered 3 items from this site before last Christmas (mid November) for Christmas presents. Needless to say I should have checked with trustpilot first but I was in a hurry that day.
This is a TOTAL SCAM...BEWARE! The waybill number given is false, there is apparently no "customer service: at all.
I am a terminal Cancer patient, in constant pain, (trying to survive in London literally on the breadline) and now I have to try and get my money back....please wish Me luck

I ordered a cast iron dinner set on 26 December. The order is in Queensland and i am Western Australia. On enquiry the post office told me the parcel description says it has silk scarves weighing 100gram and it is not for me and the address is for someone in queensalnd.

Would've given negative stars if I could. Ordered cast iron 20 piece set 26 December 2022 and still hasn't arrived. Do not trust this company of scammers! Terrible company, I hope karma finds these rip off artists. Should be in jail for fraud!

I ordered a set of Pans @ £bloodicheap.

They never arrived - I WAS however able to track the Package.
From China - UK - China - UK - N. Ireland between 7th Dec and 28th Dec when it was delivered to an address in Belfast = somebody else, in Ireland, has my set.

Pity I can't load the map showing where I live Vs. where it was delivered 190 miles away, across the Irish sea.

I ORDERED A CAST IRON SET AND GOT NOTHING. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND GOT A REPLY SAYING TO CHECK WITH MY NEIGHBORS OR FAMILY MEMBERS TO SEE IF THEY HAVE SEEN IT, IF NOT CHECK WITH POST OFFICE. THE TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED IN NEW JERSEY AND I AM FLORIDA. SO PISSED I GOT SCAMMED!

Ordered 12/16/2022 and am still trying to get item ordered. Was delivered to another address on 1/5/2023 and they refuse refund or replacement. So sad that this is allowed!!
