Shobing Avis 

If it sounds too good to be true, 99.9% it is! This is a fraud company, I order 2 sets of cast iron pots, kept up with tracking information until I got one saying the delivery was on the front porch.

Well if it was truly delivered I don’t know who’s porch it was put on in Jarrell, TX but I live in Porter, TX.

My best friend made the same order a week before mind and she got the same email I did on the same day with the same lie.

Maybe they think taking small amounts won’t hurt anyone, not true, I’m going to fight to get my money back.

Ordered pots and pans on 12/26/22. Said they were delivered to some address in New Jersey. I live in Florida and had the proper address on the order. Nothing but a big scam. I have reported it as fraud to my credit card come

I ordered pots & pan set in December 2022 ...they provided a tracking number stating the order had been delivered to an address in Arkansas!!! I am in Ohio I am currently reporting fraud to my credit card company and also to the BBB...don't buy from them ..I think they are in China and they think they can get away stealing people's money! Well they won't steal my money that's for sure

Ordered the cast Iron pans on the 16/11/22, and have still not received them.
I got in touch with their so called customer service who said the item had been delivered.
I said that the item was to be sent to my place of work.
They came back to me yesterday to say the item takes between 15 20 days from order.
They cannot prove they have delivered them as they cannot give me a date and time, so I can check the security cameras to verify their claim
I advise anyone to check out trust pilot in the future be fore ordering items which sound too good to be true.

Ordered 2 Human dog beds at different times November and December paid even gave me 2 order numbers. It's January 10th 2023 and I have no merchandise and no money returned to me. I'm calling the BBB and turn Shobing in for being a fake, fraud, and a perpetrator. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered my cast iron pots and pans in November and still haven't received them, checked my bank account and the payment was made, everytime I emailed them I hot the same reply, tried the tracking and said it was on its way, have given up, please don't by anything from this scam

I ordered a complete set of pans on the 15th November 2022.
I was given a tracking number, but after phoning royal mail, the man said that it wasn't the correct address that went with the tracking number. Apparently they were delivered on the 30th December, but I didn't receive any parcels. I despise companies that think nothing of taking peoples money and them not getting their order. I'm disabled and already struggling with paying bills and buying food.. Shobing is a dreadful company for doing this to me and other customers.. 1 star is way too many!

I ordered a set of pans in November I have not received them I have e mailed you umpteen times I get told they are on there way or have been delivered they have not. Now they are still being advertised and I don't have mine I was looking forward to having them for Xmas

I ordered 20 piece set of Cast iron on28 dec and kept checking the status and on 10 Jan the status changed to delivered to letter box... 20 piece iron cookware delivered to a letter box? but still i went and checked, nothing delivered. Looks like now I am the victim of this scam.

Ordered and payed on the 23d of December 22. I followed my tracking number, then when it reached my country the satus has changed ( alert : abnormal packaging call delivery company). So I called them and been told the delivery address is totally different and they unable to give more info. Wrote to Shobing and the same automatically generated msg came back as before! total scam... its been 15 days...

i recently ordered a complete set of sauce pan witch they suppose to arriving from upbroad..after waiting more than a month i checked the status of my order and shows that was delivered..i did not received ANYTHING..i send also an email but no reply whatssoever..i strongly not reccomende this company..i feel like to have been scammed..so sad..is not only for the money itself but this makes people not using anymore to buy online..not secure !! i did wrote again to that company,,,still not resolved yet..apparently they dont really give a damn about bad review,,,i have asked to prove the delivery with a signed document...witch i did not signed anything because i DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING...!!!
