BHF did a flat clearance after my brother’s death. We’re very good and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend them for house clearance.

Booked a last minute house clearance of a 3-bed house with outbuildings from BHF, via their website. Enquiry was picked up & responded to in less than 24hrs & job booked for my preferred date & time at a very reasonable price. The clearance team, Neil & Paul, were extremely efficient, kind, considerate, polite, friendly, strong, skilled and helpful beyond belief. They worked so hard, together, to squeeze EVERYTHING into every spare inch of the van and nothing seemed to phase them. They did it all in record time, in good humour and somehow making it feel as though I was doing them a favour and not the other way around. It was an upsetting day but having these guys alongside me made the process so much easier and I appreciated their careful use of language, including referring to 'flat packing' things instead of saying 'smashing things up' to spare my feelings. It is these little things which make ALL the difference. I could not recommend them more highly! Thank you, BHF for an excellent service.

Good timing. Started and finished as agreed. Full house clearance bar major items (left until sale agreed) not quite completed as areas missed, but not much. Called us back for estimated finish time. Great job thanks!

Great product. Easy to use

The machine is doing what I needed to measure BP and Pulse consistently each day but I have to use the 3-time mode at the same time each day to achieve this. Measurement tracking via Omron Connect is also necessary to make judgements on what the monitor is telling you. Setting up two users was not well explained but I got there eventually. PK (75-year old athlete).

Ordered Alivecor KardiaMobile 5 days ago, still nothing received, order still states "Processing".
How long does it take to put an order in a box and dispatch?

Really not good enough.

I rang to cancel my order before it had been despatched. I went through the cancellation process and the order on my account is showing as 'On Hold'. It was nonetheless despatched.

I have sent 5 messages asking for the length and width of a pair of curtains they are listing on their ebay store. all i get is a bog standard reply and no help at all. how are you expected to bid/purchase an item when the description is lacking in details. I have noticed this applies to a lot of items they are listing. The messages i sent enquiring on the item were on 16/17/18/19/20th may 2026 I will just buy elsewhere. pathetic

Omron M7 blood pressure monitor.
This replaces my M60 which had lasted many years. I would have preferred the same model, but it was not discounted, hence opting for the nearest one.
The M7 has a function for 2 users, which I do not need. Apart from that, it was easy to set up, easy to use, has a helpful memory. It also connects to an app on the phone. Note that it is NOT WORTH PAYING for the enhanced version, the free one covers basic and useful information. So happy with it, if a little pricey, even with the discount.
There was an issue with the delivery that I cannot recall, it arrived later than expected. not a major issue. But it loses a star because of it!

A rather late review! The house clearance service was very good, but it has lost a star because yet again the service can apparently now only be used by people with online access. I was told in the BHS shop that this was now the only way to book. This discriminates against those who are unable to use online services, like many of the elderly who might well be the very people needing the service. Apart from that, there were no issues at all.
