You need to change your courier from evri. I ordered a blood pressure monitor last week and it has not been delivered. Tracking says its been in the delivery depot for a week.

Purchased a blood pressure machine that was in the sale. Process was very straightforward & delivered on time well packaged.

My enquiry was quickly answered and subsequent purchase easy and delivered well.

I booked a house clearance from my rented-out house; prices can vary from circa £300 to £500 upwards, depending on how much stuff there is to clear. If you have household items and furniture that are good enough to sell by BHF, some stores - not all - may reduce the cost of the clearance.
The assessment process is quick and free; a driver goes out and makes an assessment, you get a cost, and you decide whether to go ahead.
I was told none of the furniture I had was saleable; my tenant had left heat ring marks on it [from coffee mugs] and though these would be easy to remove, they said they don't have the time or the volunteers to do the job; so a beautiful teak table & chairs went to the tip. I find this disappointing, an hour or less with some teak oil would have fixed the problem, and some person without much money, who wanted a good-value table & chairs would have been really happy. - plus BHF would have had some useful money for their charity.
However, I decided to go ahead and the house was cleared - the clearers weren't happy to move some of the garden rubbish as well, because this hadn't been specifically listed , item by item, on the original assessment, though I had mentioned it on the phone.[the tenant had chucked stuff into the garden AFTER the assessment chap had been.] I think this was unhelpful, considering the price they charge. Btw, I was willing to pay it - tip fees aren't cheap and the drivers are fully licensed etc - but they didn't need to be so difficult.
I would recommend them again but with some provisos; make sure you get everything listed on the original assessment that you want cleared; and don't expect to get much accepted by BHF for sale, because they are extremely picky. [they say this is due to their customers, but I still feel they are throwing away valuable saleable goods.]
However, all in all - I think it's best - particularly if like me you are not present at the clearance [I was doing it via the letting agent] - to use a properly-licensed charity like this rather than a fly-by-night 'man with a van' - who may well just dump your stuff at the side of the road.
