It was good to buy a medical device (something that I was not sure about) from the shop because it came with knowledge in the field rather than believing in AI generated reviews

I spoke with an agent on the online chat about the defibrillator to purchase and they were helpful

Whilst I received the new blood pressure monitor in good time it had taken 3 weeks to respond to my emails, (sent the same email 3 times). There is an issue with deleting the memory and finally when I got a response they confirmed how to delete memory and said if this does not work there is a fault with the function, I have replied confirming this had been tried and still does not work, have asked for replacement monitor to be sent with a pre paid return label so I can send faulty one back, this was sent several days ago and still waiting for further response. Will have to wait to see how long this takes to resolve?

The shop was clean and the staff welcoming. The arrangements for our purchase of a sofa worked easily and the transport arrangements couldn’t be better. Bought one day and delivered by very polite and careful removers two days later. Excellent service.

Very straightforward, although comparing the multitude of options was not a little time consuming. Delivered quickly, machine is an improvement over older Omron model.

We had a lot of furniture, other items and white goods from a house clearance that had potential for re-use after we had 'skipped' the obviously unusable. Although it was, perhaps, a little more expensive than we would have liked it was a simple option. Booking the viewing, quote and collection was straight-forward. The driver and his assistant were very efficient, taking only 45 minutes, and managed to get far more in their van than we thought possible. We hope as much as possible will find a new home and benefit BHF.

I purchased a basic blood pressure monitor on the basis of a very informative and helpful website and wide range of products. The monitor was delivered fairly promptly and having used it I have been pleased with its performance, although for greater comfort I feel as though I may need to purchase a M size cuff rather than the M-L size supplied.

Excellent choice of blood pressure machines competitively priced. Delivery updates provided but the machine was then delivered with an hour’s notification a day early. Fortunately my neighbour signed for it. It’s very annoying to be given a delivery date for it to be set aside at short notice. That said I am really pleased with my machine.

Terrific house clearance service from Aldershot BHF. Initial enquiry answered promptly and assessment done the following day. Easy booking and paying and plenty of email reminders, they were booked up a few weeks in advance but that was fine. As we had a mix of items they could sell and those for recycling there was a charge but it was significantly less than other reputable options. I was glad that BHF could sell some items and claim gift aid for such a good cause. The driver phoned me 30 mins before arrival as promised and turned up at the exact booked time. It took about an hour to clear a 2 bed, 2 reception bungalow of furniture.
