Do not purchase anything from this company. They do not offer free returns. You have to pay for the return yourself and once they receive the item they do not give you a refund but instead give you the run-around after numerous emails. Total scam company! Buyers beware!

Absolutely waste of money! It did nothing to cover the grey on my hair. Very frustrating. Never going to recommend or ever buy this product.

Dangerous product not natural ingredients at all ...Did the patch test ....arm swollen blistered weeping burning and that's after day 3 of doing it ....do not use

This product is a scam. Advert says no need for gloves, as product doesn’t stain, yet there are gloves in the box??? Very difficult to read instructions on bottle, which completely contradict instructions in packets??? No way this is made from all natural ingredients. You can smell strange chemicals a mile off. Did a patch test and my eyes started burning. Not going to use on my head, going in the bin!

I purchased this product based on its 'satisfaction guarantee' and '100% money-back guarantee,' thinking I had nothing to lose. Unfortunately, I quickly realized these claims were completely false. The product had absolutely no effect—it did nothing it promised, even after following the instructions precisely. When I tried to return it, I was met with unprofessional customer service and outright refusal to honor the guarantee. This experience has convinced me that this product is a complete scam. Save your money and avoid it.

Worst hair dye shampoo ever

Full of chemicals and not the natural herb or mushrooms they advertise, specifically PPD’s which cause horrific burns and allergies. Don’t buy in FB or IG, it’s an unregulated market place , companies pay so you don’t have to, but you’re the bait ?
It’s made in China and shipped off to “shops” worldwide including Amazon despite what various websites say. It’s the same stuff from the same source.

Novahair shampoo DOES NOT work. We tried it few times with even extending the time before washing. Zero grey coverage. We reached out to Nova hair team and they were ok refunding, however, they will not cover shipping charges. Its totally absurd. Its their product DID NOT work, we sent pictures etc. Why customers have to pay for shipping fees when its THEIR product that didn't work as adverstised or claimed. My suggestion is to stay away from this product. Plus, why would I will keep a product that I have to leave on my head like normal dye!!! I would stick with my natural dye.

It colors my hair, but it smells like medicine. I don’t know why that smell is so strong and it stays like a medicated smell on your scalp and skin for a whole day, but it does color. I would love it more if they could figure out how to not let it smell like a medicine cabinet.

I bought 2 bottles. The white part wasn’t coming out. I sent an email and all I got was “ I will bring it to their attention “ never again !

I did a patch test..A week later I've been in the hospital 2 weekend back. With eyes,lips and hands swelling. Two hospital bills. I've could do without.

My grays became orange with light brown and my hair felt like straw. More hair fall out with this supposedly natural “shampoo “. Oh and when it was on my head I began to itch and burn. Did patch test and it was fine.

This is greatest product ever. Been coloring my hair for years and this is the easiest way ever. The longer you leave it on the darker the color and lasts for a long time. Bought 2 more bottles just to not run out. Also I got three treatments from one bottle. Short hair

I purchased the Nova Hair dye solutions from the website in November becuase I read the Amazon versions were fake. This was no better. #1 - it takes about 2 weeks before you receive it. #2 - The one I purchased has (2) chambers with the same dark solution. It should have (1) clear and (1) dark like an epoxy resin mix. I'm guessing the clear is a bonding agent. Given the clear is missing, it will not change the color of your hair and will just wash off. Sent an email twice with images to corporate requesing a replacement and have not received a response. Avoid this Product!

Canadians buyer beware. Company does not pay for courier to return the product. I had to pay $32 Toronto to Iowa for courier.

Extremely easy to use. Not staining skin if left on for a long time. Grey hair completely covered in just 2 use.

The first time I ordered, they took a few days to inform me that they were unable to deliver to my country. They refunded my payment. I asked if I they delivered to the UK thereafter and they said yes. I placed a fresh order. It took forever to 'deliver'. The company provided 'proof' of 'delivery' to an unknown address - no signature, no evidence of who received my order. This is unusual as I was using Forward2me which has for years acknowledged all deliveries. Forward2me confirmed there was no delivery. This seller however advised me to go check with the neighbours, what a joke!!! Comes from China by the way.

First of all they didn't send me the product until I sent an email wanting my money back. They answered with your product is on the way. Yeah you said that 3 weeks ago. Then they send the product with instruction that is wrong and conflicting with what the advertisement says. This is a waste of time and money. They won't get me twice and this is going in the garbage. Only God knows what in this mess, it's not natural....LIES!

This product is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS it is advertised as being made from natural ingredients but my father has had an allegic reaction to it which has cause his eyes to swell up to the point he cannot open them!!!!! He did the patch test with no reaction then proceeded to use the product 48 hours later which caused swelling and extreme allergic reaction which led to an infection of his scalp!!!! This is not a fake review. Please consider litrally an other product!!!!!

Used for beard tach and side burns. Swollen skin and dye came out dark grey. As bad as JFM. They appear to be using harsh chemicals as i have no history of skin reactions.
