I’ve shopped here a few times and it’s always a great experience and wonderful customer service

I received my order but I didn’t expect to get it like this it was very dusty and one of the pair looks worn and I’m not happy with that.

I’ve enjoyed all the items I’ve received. I think it’s important to find a seller you like. Some sellers move slower than others to secure the item you’re buying. I wouldn’t expect any messages to be returned from the sellers themselves, but Shopthing Support has been very helpful.

I’ve been using this clothing app for a while now, and it’s honestly been such a great experience. The interface is super easy to navigate, and I love how quickly I can find styles that match what I’m looking for. There’s a really nice variety of options, whether you want something casual, trendy, or a bit more dressed up.

I recently purchased a pre-loved Louis Vuitton bag and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The bag arrived in truly mint condition, exactly as described by the seller, and was beautifully packaged. It also came with proof of original purchase and authentication certificates, which gave me complete confidence in its authenticity.

While the delivery did take about a month, Mary from ShopThing was incredibly supportive throughout the process. She kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain how transactions work on their platform, which really put my mind at ease.

Overall, a trustworthy and professional experience. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased a D&G dress and they sent me the wrong order! I was sent a top, not the dress that I ordered at all!

This app is amazing. Customer service is top notch and delivery is excellent.

I am giving 3 stars just because there are some sellers that are amazing, Iryna, Elaine, Cristina, Veronica, @found are wonderful. They always keep their items available after purchase. I have my issues with a specific seller that I have communicated with multiple times with customer service, and she drives me nuts because she constantly cancels most of my orders. The show can be live, and she will still not confirm my orders. Next thing she cancels, and the following show for the same brand, she will repost the same item I bought and was canceled, and increase the price from what I had paid days before. It doesn't matter what the policy for sellers says that discourages sellers' cancellations, shopthing doesn't apply those to their preferred sellers. The only reason why I stay in this app is because of the sellers I mentioned above. Sometimes this particular seller doesn't confirm orders for daysssssss, just to cancel later. I do not think she follows through by returning to the shop as soon as she has orders; she probably waits too long and loses the items because they are sold out. Shopthing, don't ruin your reputation for this seller, please, you know who she is, check my emails. I don't mind waiting for the time of delivery, as long as the time of shipping is specified, which sellers can show on their show notes. Also, the protection policy doesn't cover packages marked delivered by the sketchy company they use. I would rather pay more in shipping than lose packages with companies that are stealing them. I am thankful they worked with me this time with something that got lost, but that means that other packages might just suffer the same fate. Shopthing, I want to love you. Please improve your buyers' experience, we really want to shop from you, as shown in the many dollars I have spent with you.

Great variety of authentic luxury products at excellent prices!

I have been purchasing from ShopThing for years now . They have some really amazing deals and great live shows . I had reached out to ShopThing customer support for a few incidents and they responded extremely quickly ,within a day or even as little as an hour on weekdays . They were able to resolve my issue on both occasions and I was very pleased with their service. Definitely recommend for great designer deals .

My transaction was flawless, happy customer.

Never buy anything from them. They sent me the wrong item which I returned to them and then they told me I still have to pay $75 in duties. So now I paid $75 for nothing and hours of my time was wasted. They are just a scam and their customer support is use less.

I’m happy with the items I’ve ordered, but I’m noticing that the shoppers on the Canadian side of the site are so tiny now that it’s just unrelatable. Tiny as in size 23 - 25 in jeans. I’m not a big person by any stretch, small-medium, size 28/29 Jean, but this site makes me feel like a cow. There were a few more normal bodies at first, but now they all seem to have shrunken. Ergo, most of the items they are trying on/selling are tiny. They occasionally put on something larger, like a medium or a 29 in a jean, and pin it back with their hands. This is basically a site for very thin people, and therefore very young people. I’m deleting it.

Delivered exactly what I ordered- I have ordered over 10 products from ShopThing and they have all been delivered on time and as described- I usually order only new products.

The app is good, definitely lots to choose from. Sometimes shipping is super fast (they usually say that in the event) but regular shipping takes a while.
Also, double check prices online before ordering as I ordered a dress once that was cheaper online than in the app. I always thought they had better deals than anywhere else. After I reached out to customer care, they offered credit on next purchase with this shopper..
