Great luxury finds and secure shopping, but the app feed could be cleaner!
I recently purchased a Prada wallet through this platform, and I’m so happy with it. It arrived in excellent condition, and I’m already using it. The transaction was incredibly smooth, and the item was exactly as described.
What I loved:
• Direct Bargaining: I really appreciated the opportunity to bargain directly with the seller. It’s great to be able to negotiate a discount that works for you.
• Authenticity Peace of Mind: Their refund policy is a game-changer. Knowing you can get your money back if an item is proven to be fake makes buying luxury items so much less stressful.
One area for improvement:
The only downside is that the app/website can feel a bit cluttered. Items that have already been sold often stay in the feed "forever," especially when sellers repost videos. It would be much better if the sold items were removed or filtered out more efficiently, so it's easier to see what is actually still available.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place for designer finds, and I’ll definitely be back!

Overall Good
Overall, I have had a positive experience with ShopThing. I have placed 20 or orders over the few years. Shipping does take a really long time and sometimes they cancel orders but that doesn’t bother me.

Twice I have Ordered items and got a follow up email saying the item isn't available. It's poor policy to notify a customer they've made a purchase and then say they didn't because the item isn't available. I also made a purchase and when i got the item it was something that should never have been sold. The condition of the preloved item was awful and customer service protected the seller not the buyer.

As our sales take place live and in real time from retail locations, there are instances where items may sell simultaneously in-store while a purchase is being completed online. While we work closely with our retail partners to secure and manage inventory as accurately as possible, we unfortunately do not have full control over in-store sales at the same moment. That said, we recognize the importance of a seamless experience and are continuing to improve processes to minimize these situations.
With regard to marketplace orders, we do have an internal process to review any potential item discrepancies based on the product listing and accompanying media for comparison. As preloved items may naturally show signs of wear, we also work with sellers to provide a resolution where appropriate. We’re sorry to hear that the outcome in this case was not satisfactory with the resolution provided.
In light of this, our customer service team will be reaching out to you directly to further discuss your experience and see what we can do to make things right.

Amazing customer service.
I had an issue with a shipment but it was quickly and professionally resolved.
Purchased multiple items from here and enjoy shopping with the various shoppers as they hunt down deals
Highly recommend this site if you don’t mind paying a fraction of the cost for designer items.

Quality items , no return policy disadvantage
I give an over all rating a 3, items I have received has always been authentic however the no return policy is a disadvantage. Prices are reasonable, but double check and make sure it’s worth the investment. Research sizing especially for how shoes can run in sizes, because once you purchase you are stuck

Duties/fees were not properly disclosed before sending the item to me. I would’ve never ordered something from them if I knew I’d be getting a bill weeks after receiving the item. Theirs terms and conditions are misleading that all duties, taxes and fees are incuded in their purchase price. Customer service was no help, and they sent me a link to a completely different set of policies to read. They should be more clear when selling items across borders.
