No solution

I got an email that I got channel bag that I join as lottery winning , in the email said I will get it as soon as they sent out, however, they sent email that I will not getting anything, they confused. So I left with no solution, I hate the way it was. I don’t want to let it go like this, chow could you confuse email about who win the lottery, so it made me felt I was fraude.

Horrible lag time for shipping

Horrible lag time for shipping. I placed an order 28 days before my trip thinking that this is plenty of time, but silly me. I'm a week away and still yet to get a shipping notification. According to them, from ordering to receipt of the order should only take 3 weeks. This is clearly not the case.

Do not waste your time with these people. They seem to think that a lag time of a month is acceptable in this day and age.

DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPTHING!!!! Ordered a Versace Croc Embossed clutch from ShopThing on 9/22/25. Item was due to arrive on 10/10/25. Tracking number from an unfamiliar shipping company indicated package was delivered on 10/9/2025, however, item was not received. Contacted ShopThing on 10/12/25 to report LOST/Missing item. Per ShopThing package protection policy “If you have purchased package protection and your package tracking shows delivered but you do not have your order, please allow 5 business days for your shipment to be investigated.  It can often be the case where a package may have been sent to a neighbor, prematurely marked as delivered or redirected to another depot or parcel pickup location. “ Communicated with three individuals (Mariam, Mary and Sharon) from ShopThing from the 12th-17th.As of 10/18/25, issue is STILL not resolved. Package have not been recovered. ShopThing is not honoring their policy to COVER packages of HIGH TICKET items with package protection if lost or damaged. Their excuse is that package is ONLY COVERED if it is lost or damaged via TRANSIT, which isn’t indicated in their policy for lost items. Imagine if I had purchased a Chanel or Hermes item!!!!NEVER SHOPPING THIS APP AGAIN.

Terrible experience twice

Terrible experience twice. The first time they lied about the condition of the shoes I bought. Gave them another chance and ordered a bag on September 25, and it still hasn’t even shipped. For a “luxury” app, the service is unreliable and disappointing.

I placed an order for a clutch on September 18, 2025, and as of today, September 26, 2025, I have not received any shipping updates. The delay in delivery has been disappointing, and I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication.

At this point, I do not intend to shop here again due to this experience.

My new wat to shop!

I just discovered this app and I have been addicted ever since b/c you literally find the best deals here. I am a huge luxury consignment shopper from sites like The Real Real, Fashionphile, and others, and Shopthing has been a major game changer for me recently. My only complaint is sometime when you message about sizing to the shopper, some are much quicker to respond than others, which is dangerous b/c your size may sell out before you get a reply.

Additional Duties and Fine Print

I've been shopping on this app for quite some time. I would say that I frequent the app about once a day and maybe average a purchase of once a week for the last 2/3 months. I understand the rules are the rules and government taxes are what they are. But I ran into two MAJOR issues that I believe all buyers should be AWARE of lately. First thing, when you purchase a mystery gift you have to purchase, they item from that said mystery gift if you win the gift card and then await a refund. So, make sure you have additional funds available to do so. Second MAJOR thing, for ALL US buyers if you buy in CAD or from a seller in CAD you WILL have to pay additional DUTY taxes, and the seller has no clue what these tariffs could actually be mines have ranged from $20 to $80 per package/item. I am truly disappointed that you actually think you're getting a deal but ultimately may wind up paying more than the item is actually worth in the end. Although the items are genuine and usually in great condition, I'll have to take a pause from purchases after I receive my next couple of items because the unknown can get to be too pricey and ShopThing customer service has an oh well attitude about it.
