My Chanel purse that I purchased was absolutely 💯 perfect. Exactly what the seller described. Also I got it in like 2 weeks. I only paid the $20 shipping - so I was beyond thrilled when I got it in the mail so fast. I will be sticking with this seller

This app is really great for getting luxury deals, but also gives you the opportunity to shop from preloved or vintage shops without having to go there. I prefer to shop Canadian deals to avoid any tariffs or duties and the shipping has always been relatively quick! I recommend everyone at least check it out, you may find items you haven't seen anywhere else.

I've gotten several items using ShopThing. True, the delivery takes a while, and I have also bought an item only to receive an email a few days later saying the item is unavailable. With that being said, I enjoy the shopping experience - their selections are wide with many unique pieces and some of their price points are great. I love my recent purchase, my baby blue Burberry boxer shorts.

Had a nice experience shopping with them. They have great stuffs at affordable prices. Their products are excellent and authentic.

The app is ok but when it doesn’t tell you there will be duties it’s frustrating…
Last item with DHL is costing me $50 US dollars for duties which is pretty much half of what the product is costing me and I think this is the last time I’m ordering.

I purchased a mystery box which promises a value of Goodies worth $400 CAD MSRP or more. I received my item yesterday and was extremely disappointed! I received a small black KARA handbag. Although I have never heard of this brand, I attempted to look this item up and this designer does not even have a website. They misrepresented the items that would be in this box and the value of the item.

I have purchased items from ShopThing before and have been happy with my purchases but this was a complete disappointment. I truly expected something completely different. Needless to say, I will never purchase a mystery box and don't know if I will continue shopping on the app.

I love live shopping witht this team, they are so detailed oriented, and everything arrives just as described!

The company is great .Good discount on your product.But you can improve of delivery.Its taking too long for product to be delivered in respective of the country where goods are sold.Sometimes we do see something that needed within a week it will be difficult for me to buy because if the timeline .Sometimes I believe you can work on your delivery like Amazon .Thanks

While I like the dress I bought on ShopThing , I had to wait a long time for it to be delivered and no updates on shipping

I paid 400 CAD for a ShopThing Mystery Box, which they advertised as having items valued at over 400. What I actually received was a pair of sunglasses that currently retails for under 200 — no extra items, and no 50 credit as they claimed.

When I contacted customer service, they justified it by pointing to an old MSRP of 470 instead of the actual retail price. This is highly misleading. Using inflated, outdated prices to make customers believe they’re getting more value than they are is false advertising and a deceptive business practice.

Their policy states that Mystery Boxes are “final sale,” but that should not give them the right to misrepresent value. In reality, what they sent me was worth less than half of what I paid.

Based on my experience and what I’ve seen others share, this feels like a scam pattern: they overstate MSRP, deliver low-value items, and then refuse refunds.

If you’re considering purchasing from ShopThing, be very cautious. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and filing a consumer complaint.

I am a VIP member and the reason why I signed up is to get access to the 2 free returns- mind you VIP is about $30-40/month so it’s not cheap. I had two products I wanted to return, one a dress that doesn’t fit me and the other a pair of sunnies that I just didn’t like. I reached out to start my returns on these items and was told that I needed to request the return within 7 days of receiving the items. The problem is I deliver these items to my parents home which is an hour and a half from me , to prevent theft of my packages from where I live since a lot of what I order from here are expensive items. The Shop thing team- specially Mary- was not willing to work with me and return at least ONE of my items for me. This was my first time trying to exercise my VIP membership and to be shut down and not given any courtesy for it being my first time requesting a return- and given my explanation as to why I couldn’t request a return within their timeframe- just for my first time is straight up greed and not caring about your customers at all. And moving forward, I would’ve been more careful with what I purchased given their requesting a return policy timeframe.
And on top of that, she told me that returns are only eligible for specific sellers that marketplace items- like HOW am I supposed to know that ?!? When you sign up for VIP they don’t give you much information except you get early access to specific sales and you get up to 2 returns per month- there is no fine print on what sellers you can initiate a return from. Not to mention I still don’t know what sellers vs marketplace distinction to make returns eligible from. This to me is such a scam.
Very disappointing . I do not recommend buying from the app.

Good experience for shopping luxury at a deal. The product is exactly as described and pictured. Good suggestion for sizing

Shopthing is an amazing company, I have been shopping with them since the start and it’s only gotten better. I’ve found some of the nicest pieces in my closet at the best deal through them. I highly recommend it.
