I really love this app. It offers a variety of luxury products. I have never had an issue with it, and I have been with it since day one. I am also a seller in their dashboard, and in my first sale, I sold four items.

My experience with ShopThing has been positive overall. Most items ship fast and arrive as described. I make purchases in the app regularly and plan to continue to do so. They do their best to accommodate requests as well, which is appreciated.

Product quality is top notch and also good customer service

Have made multiple purchases and Can say I’ve received 70% of the received items as described. Rest 30% has minor imperfections. I am looking forward to more purchases.
The only issue I believe could be an area of improvement is shipping/processing time. Sometimes it may take 3-4 weeks for your item to be delivered which is crazy.

I’ve been shopping on this app a long time , spent lots of money on here, I’ve introduced my family and friends to it as well . I’ve scored some really good deals on the app and some not so good but I just charge it to the game . My overall experience has been good. Customer service is top notch. They can improve on the shipping period though.

I have purchased 4 bags, a pair of shoes and a dress from this app and everything has met my expectations as described! One of my orders took a long time to ship, and the communication from the app was very clear and straightforward. Highly recommend!

I’ve been shopping with Shopthing for some years now and boy they keep taking my money. You do get luxury items for an unaffordable price. I’m a happy customer but I rated them 3 stars because of the long shipping waits and items canceling when the shopper can’t pick them up. It take up to 3 weeks for shipping so if you are in need of something fast this is not the shopping app for you. Another thing, several times my items have been canceled because of the shopper’s mistake or them not being able to confirm an item that was shown as available. Sometimes, I do take the canceled items as a blessing though, I get to save my money. Great app! But there’s room for improvements.

Love the deals i get on this app. For a person who really doesn't want to step out and loves scrolling this is a perfect match . However the app loading time is slow , and the user does not have a category of item to choose from for a faster purchase . It would be great if these small features can be included, apart from it i love the shoppers and their personal touch along with the deals !

Purchased 2 items from this platform in the last month. And had poor experience on both.
1st item took 3 weeks to arrive. Once it did, item doesn’t fit.. item stated fit “like a large” and definitely does not. So now I’m out the $250 I spent on this no name dress.
2nd item, was purchased and then confirmed a week later, then received an email stating its no longer available. They don’t offer any sort of “were sorry” future discount or promo code for the issue, when its clearly an organization error on their end. Deleted the App. No longer wish to give my money to this plat form any more. Spend your hard earned money else where.
