Skirting Online Avis

Excellent quality skirting, delivered on time, well packed. looks great. Pleased that I looked at Trustpilot prior to ordering and allowed the reviews to direct me to this superior supplier rather than the ‘dodgy’ other ones on line.

I ordered from Skirting Online for a kitchen project and was extremely happy with the skirting and architrave that arrived: well packaged and great quality.
I later ordered from a couple of alternative suppliers, as I couldn't remember who I had originally used. The products from these other suppliers were very poor in comparison.
I wouldn't order skirting or architrave from anywhere other than Skirting Online for any future projects.

Great service from the initial enquiry to delivery. Both Rachel and Joe were very helpful and the company deliver a quality product. Look forward to using them again in the future!

Fantastic retailer.
I keep coming back to Skirting Online as their service is phenomenal. The quality and consistency is great. Thank you

Quality of product is excellent. No need to sand and comes all primed ready to paint.
Delivery is prompt and overall I would recommend. Great customer service from Rachel and partner.

Rachel and Joe are amazing, so helpful and easy to communicate and ready to please the customers although the order is done through online, really happy with product and customer service.

Great company and great service all round. Very nice people who help you through the initial purchasing process. Product delivered is really good quality. Delivery was on time with no fuss. They really helped me with samples and went above and beyond here. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and prompt delivery. The skirting which I have purchased is of very good quality. Happy with the purchase.

5rus5 pilot seems to have some trust issues I think we now need a review board for review boards. No longer can they be trusted I've lost over 330 quid to trusting trust pilot reviews. .

Great selection of mouldings and customer service. Would recommend and use again in the future. The delivery was 3 days from the point of order

Rachel H was extremely helpful and I received quick assistance and excellent service from her.

Great choice of styles and nice to see a company that focuses on just one type of service and which does it so well. The quality and finish of the skirting was excellent with the pre-primed board making life so much easier. Will happily order from you again!

Used this company for the first time and was pleased with the service and the quality of the product. The goods arrived well-packaged although the standard delivery was a little slow at about 7 days.

Will use again.

Very impressive service. I ordered my skirting over the Queen's Jubilee weekend (Sunday) and used Skirting Online's next day super delivery service. At first I was sceptical as to whether it would arrive on time. I was able to complete my project on time thanks to the exceptional willingness of Rachel to ensure that I had all the products I needed on time. A family run business with long tradition in joinery who understand that good customer service details matter.
They operate a proactive customer service looking to be one step ahead without the customer having to chase them.
The Victoria 2 skirting looks awesome - the pre-primed surface made finishing much easier.

As always such fantastic service from here! Ordered and delivered super quickly. Honestly cannot fault their services and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Rachel at Skirting Online was easy and fantastic to deal with.
The quality and finish of the skirting and architraves thats we ordered were perfect.
We will happily order from you again!

Kind regards

Couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service from Skirting Online. The quality is excellent and the priming was really well done. There was an issue with one of the lengths that was slightly damaged at one end in transit. I contacted Rachel and she couldn't have been more helpful, she arranged for a replacement length to be sent out immediately which ensured I could start the work on the date planned. It's a rare thing to find this level of customer service these days. I will be using these guys when replacing the rest of my skirting boards in the near future.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery and skirting boards are perfect. Many thanks.

My order arrived on the day specified, all in perfect condition. Excellent!

If you are looking for the best at a reasonable price then look no further!

I ordered the Ovolo profile skirting and architrave, which after initially wating a little bit longer than expected for my samples (due to royal mail). Rachel was kind enough to add a fair amount of discount and express delivery at no extra charge!

Rachel's excellent customer service didn't stop there though. I needed an extra length of architrave and Rachel processed and put the order through the same day, for free!

When they arrived, they were packaged well and the profile and priming were of much better quality than those at big DIY retailers.

I would definitely advise getting in touch directly by email, as Rachel was able to make the price very competitive, and with the free extra length, the cheapest!
