Avoid like the plague
I booked my holiday through sky wizard as my granddaughter is getting married in Perth they told me after paying all installments that my flights had been changed. When contacting my flight company there was no sign of me booked on any flight none of my details. When I tried to cancel they said I had to pay £300 cancellation fee. Dealt with a man called Raymond who in the background a baby was heard crying. I Don't want this happening to anybody else and by Google reviews it's happening and been happening for a while. They are also known as Midland Travel which also has awful reviews of scamming

Delivering outstanding customer service is our primary goal.; however, the airline always modifies schedules as a result of unexpected changes in airline operations. We have no control over it, and we can only offer solutions. It is entirely up to the traveler to decide whether or not to accept the revised flight time.
There is no indication that the £300.00 cancellation fee has been paid.

Automatic price search but tickets booked manually
11th May - Booked tickets to Australia for a party of 5, lured in by the good prices. Booking email received instantly saying wait for confirmation. Money charged on the card.
12th May - I heard nothing so emailed via the website
Received reply the same day say, tickets are in 'pending status' with the ticketing team and to wait for 24-48h for an update on the tickets.
13th May - I heard nothing so sent another email late morning to which I never received a reply
so 8h later I messaged via the Whatsapp number on the website. I got a reply in 15 minutes saying the tickets are still being processed and the next day there should be an update. Money taken out of the account.
14th May - Messaged via Whatsapp to enquire about the tickets. Received a phone call from Raymond saying there is a problem with the Thai Airways system and they can't get the seats for me but it should be sorted by next week or earlier, and asked me to wait. I agreed to this.
16th May - Messaged for an update, got reply to say Wait until Monday.
20th May - Asked for an update at 9:16. Heard nothing, so I asked that my money is refunded if the tickets are not confirmed by 14:00.
14:16. Heard nothing, Asked for a refund.
19:00. Received call with apologies and assured that I will get a full refund within 2-3 business days and to look for an email that asks for bank account number to pay refund back into.
19:38 - replied with bank details
23rd May - asked for an update received response within a few hours that the payment is being processed and paid into my account by the end of 24th May.
24th May - money refunded.
It looks like they have an 'automated online price scanner' that they use and display prices for you, but the bookings are all done manually, and obviously by the time they get to book the cheap seats they are already gone.
They seem a legit company responsive to customers' queries but they can't always deliver the prices shown on their website.

Can’t fulfil promises
Skywizard offered me a return flight to Thailand at a really good price. They said confirmation would be quick or “soon” after 5 days of to’ing and fro’ing with customer services they informedme they were having problems with EVA air ticketing and couldn’t confirm! I am now awaiting a full refund, hopefullythis will be forthcoming to enable me to book a flight through EVA air at a genuine price……£140 more than the price they offered me…. If it sounds too good to betrue it probably is

I’ve purchased a ticket from this company for 2 weeks which was taken out of my account. They then called me a few days later to say that they charged me the wrong price and to say that if I change the dates to return one day earlier it would be cheaper but I need to pay another 309. I pointed out this is the price they advertised on their website but a guy identifying himself with a strong Asian accent says his name is Raymond Brown. He was very rude and was asking me what do you want me to do? He said I would get a call from his cancellation department to cancel and sort this out. Sounds like a scam to me. They advertises for less and then when you buy they called and ask for more money. Don’t be fooled. I will be reporting this company to the fraud department

Fake company booked my flight to Bangkok paid for it online on there website got booking confirmation then next day got a phone call saying the economy was not available which is untrue as I phoned the airline and they stated there are plenty of seats available in economy section not helpfull at all this company

After hours and many conversations with Raymond, we were assured that the price quoted would be the price paid,
We went ahead with the booking with the ideal flight that ticked all the correct boxes, we paid, I verified with my bank, recieved confirmation emails from sky wizard, and from company processing the payment,
An hour later, Raymond rings me to say our reservation has been forwarded to the ticketing department and everything is good, we go ahead and book hotel and parking at heathrow, we booked hotel and car hire in Sydney, paid for internal flights to and from Sydney, exactly 1 hour later, we get numerous calls to say the tickets can not be issued, as the price has increased by 800 pound, this, after being assured it would not increase, as I refused to pay it, another hour ,tgey come back with other alternatives, that do not work,
My father in law is dying, I'm taking his daughter home, to see her father for possibly the last time, and skywizard want me to arrange my travel times around them, even after assurances that this would not happen,
We asked for our money back and this was done within 5 minutes,
TOTALLY DISGUSTED, RAYMOND SOUNDS LIKE LARRY AND VISE VERSA, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, AS THEY BLAME THE AIRLINE, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN .

The processing of your reservation is ongoing, and the ticket will be issued in a span of 24 to 48 hours. We sent you a confirmation email, as you mentioned; kindly read it through. It states that your reservation will eventually be reviewed and approved by a member of our diligent staff. You can be confident that one of our knowledgeable specialists will contact you shortly to confirm your airline tickets.
It was not suggested to you by our sales representative to plan your internal travel and lodging. I'm hoping the refund has already reached you.
Raymond was very patient with me…
Raymond was very patient with me checking for the best dates and prices for my budget. He explained everything and even got my mom a wheelchair for travel which was really awesome. The only slight issue I had, was not receiving a receipt on final payment just an email which raised a red flag with me as an online service. My travel date is approaching but so far so good.
