Great Service from Smart cells & Phlebotomist
Initially we thought collection would be a bit complicated than usual due to our location far away from the phlebotomist availability but smart cells arranged everything seamlessly. Chloe and Danielle have been incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all of our questions right from the beginning to the end. The phlebotomist ( Mei ) support too top notch , highly responsive and she reached hospital on time and explained everything to midwife. All these gave us reassurance, especially as this was our first time using the stem cells service.
Sample collection and transport has also been quite smooth , within few hours collection too done.
I would highly recommend this organisation and service to all my friends.

Good experience overall. The parcel arrived quickly once we ordered the collection kit. Very responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns. After the birth, we received regular updates on the storage status.

The service was quality
The service was quality, the collection was successful and the phlebotomist was very flexible with the unpredictability of my labour. I also felt the flexibility of the payment structure of not paying the full amount until the sample had been processed gave me piece of mind.

Easy and comfortable service
Easy and comfortable service. Danielle and Chloe were very helpful since the beginning of the process. Sunday -the phlebotomist was great too. We've had a little delay or misunderstanding when the Courier has to pick up the box, but also the storm and the rain - not helpful. Very quickly everything was resolved and now everything is stored accordingly. Many thanks to the whole team!

Great company, great experience
We did a bit of research and found Smart Cells to be well ranked in the UK top 3, if not the top provider. They do have sales on so do enquire if budget a barrier. We have used before so made sense to use again.
Engagement from the start was responsive, informative and friendly, which continued throughout. Lots of emails tell you what to expect and what to do, and process is simple enough to follow when the time hits.
Icing on the cake would be if same person who took the samples could deliver to lab, but all firms use a separate delivery partner it seems for valid reasons. Overall, a great experience. Thank you

I would like to mention that it has been a very easy experience right from the beginning to the end. Chloe and Danielle were very kind and supportive with the entire discussion. They have provided all the required information. I have received the kit well in advance. And the sample collection and transport has been quite smooth as the kit was very self explanatory and has all return labels clearly. Also the finance team was very helpful during the payment process. I would highly recommend this organisation and service to all my friends.

Great experience
Great experience overall. Chloe was extremely helpful in answering all my questions promptly and clearly before I signed up. Smart Cells were also the best option cost wise. Once signed up, they were on top of the next steps and quick to share the necessary forms. The phlebotomist was great too, she arrived early and was in touch with us constantly. She spoke directly with the midwives to ensure she had what she needed. My only suggestion would be to relook at how boxes are collected once phlebotomist has completed their job, as our delivery person was not very accommodating and did not want to pay for parking at the hospital. Note that this is a third party and not Smart Cells directly. Smart Cells were great and would recommend.

Everything went smoothly from the very beginning. The customer service team was always easy to reach and gave clear, detailed responses to all my questions. On the delivery day, we easily got in touch with the phlebotomist, who arrived on time at the hospital to collect the sample. Flawless service from start to finish. Very straightforward process, and done in a stress free manner. All staff members we engaged with were extremely knowledgable and friendly, and made us feel confident in our choices. The phlebotomist Sunday was very professional, friendly and efficient, and the courier pickup service from the hospital was seemless. Could not recommend enough.
