During our initial contact with Smart Energy we found all their people to be very knowledgeable and very respectful. Those who installed the battery did a great job(James), left everything clean and made the experience pleasant. Recent follow up with Calvin and Kian was unexpected and very welcome. Thank you to all.

I'm 71 and wasn't able to connect my wifi. The staff were very helpful and emailed me the instructions on how to set it up. They're always very helpful.

An issue was sent to me from my power entity before confirming the contract. Reaching out to Smart energy, they immediately followed the item through to closure and they kept me informed along the way, which is greatly appreciated, have had only good service and friendly communication to date so keep it up, it makes a difference..

The process all went smoothly, our batteries are working well & saving us more on our energy bills. Also super helpful if there is a power outage, to have power to our fridge & wifi.

It was an Easy Experience having the Solar Panels and Battery installed The Men knew what they were doing and worked together to get the job done.They didn’t rush at all they were extremely Efficient and Professional And when they finished they sat with us and Explained the complete workings of the Panels and Battery Extremely helpful

5*’s for Smart Energy. Seamless process from start to finish. The staff and systems online all delivered. I was reticent to commit to solar and home batteries but when I saw the overwhelming reviews online from satisfied customers, decent warranty periods and backed by a credible company like Rinnai, I decided to give them a crack.
I’m happy with the outcome. Install happened
last week. Great so far. The app is easy to navigate to monitor usage and output.

The consultants and the support team were letting me know when they were coming and clearly letting me know the process. and answering my questions

Asked for our contract to be emailed to us and we had the contract within 30 minutes, very efficient and helpful with great customer service

Aaron was very helpful, polite, very knowledgeable about what I needed.

Install date was changed from early Feb to march the day the install was supposed to take place, roof tiles were broken when they finally showed up to install which they silicone glued back together.

After install, givenergy which was highly suggested to us, was sold and now its $10 a month for any useful information.

We were told we would NOT be getting power bills with our new system as they base it off of previous bills.

We still have $600+ power bills which yes, it is down from $1400 but not what we were after.

All in all this is now WAY more expencive than just paying our old power bill because the repayments are $255 per fortnight on the new system ontop of our $600+ per quater.

Smart Energy representatives provided logical information and offered to provide further assistance to reduce my electricity costs. I would highly recommend Smart Energy

Very pleasant and easy to talk to. They talk to their customers in layman's terms, which is great if you're not really sure what's going on. Great installation team. The site manager explained everything that was happening with the installation. And they cleaned up the site and whipped away our old system.

They were good from start to finish and completed the job in a timely manner.
