The team arrived promptly and worked

All went well. Arrived early! Knew their roles safety of installation,making sure in the best place. The young man Corey was very polite and friendly. Made sure everything when finished was connected and working well. Showed me important procedure for resetting if necessary and who to contact if any issues. Battery looks good no mess whatsoever. Job well done

Initial experience from this company was good and felt productive. When the time came to install the battery, it was installed, not where was agreed, where it was installed was directly in the way of a proposed plumbed water tank AND where it was installed the ground had not been levelled. So currently the battery sits 20-30cms below the level ground. Where the battery has been installed is susceptible to flooding, so it will interesting to see what happens.
I tried to contact by phone and was told "someone would get back to me" a few days passed and I sent an email, again I was advised that "someone would get back to me"
I regret making this decision and going with a company that personally appears that they do not care about after sales service or customer satisfaction.
I would not and cannot recommend this company in anyway.

After the initial problem was identified, the matter was attended to and resolved within a reasonable time. I understand the complexity of the solar system.

Professional, responsive, good installers

Quick installation did everything I asked without question very knowledgeable installer.

From initial contact with Smart Energy team who explained the system thoroughly to the point where I signed up on the spot. The installation team were courteous, tidy, punctual and efficient. Explained app well too, so I'm a bit of a serial energy watcher at the moment. I'm sure I'll calm down on that and just enjoy minimal power bills in future. Overall the whole customer experience was very good for us and I'll have no hesitation in recommending Smart Energy to friends and family.

Everyone from Zac in the office to Mark and Lachlan who installed it. Grace and Eric and everyone else have made this so pleasant. I have felt like family and nothing is too much for anyone to explain and show me everything. Even my dog Pongo lives them all . Thankyou xx

I found that the service staff was polite and very helpful explaining were the product was maid. Explaining the makeup of the company and the benefit of having a battery. There was no pressure which was good.

Great installer, never took a break and got on with the installation

This comany was the first to offer me solar panels many years ago. I accepted and they were installed quickly and my electricity bills were always in credit. Then the payment for my power decreased and this company spoke to me about installing a battery etc. i am very happy with the battery. I still have power when my supplier has an outage. I highly recommend Smart Energy. The teasm have kept in contact which I am very pleased about. Thank you Smart Energy. John
