Have had battery for 18 months and have not paid a bill sincehaving battery.

Sales person was able to answer all our questions, finance was easy to set up and no issues with approval application. Installation was quick and done by installers who knew what they were doing. Overall great experience and happy to not be reliant on the ‘grid’

Working flawlessly for +3yrs

Right from the start Bill was easy to communicate with. Within 5mins of expressing interest in solar through Smart Energy he had rung me, given me details and organised a follow up conversation. I put in a lot of research into choosing the right company to go with and Bill was able to answer all the questions that I had for him. The day of the install also ran smoothly. Jackson was easily to communicate with and help out. They cleaned up after themselves and even rang me afterwards to explain how the app and everything works. Very happy that I chose Smart Energy for my solar and battery system.

We Chose Smart Energy for our solar/battery install approx 2 years ago after a lot of research, and can’t fault, I had some questions from time to time since, including just recently and every time their customer service/tech team came back with a response asap- big shout out to Grace in particular for following up to make sure I was satisfied- and yes I am!

I have experienced great follow up from this company and very happy with the regular follow-up, very polite and friendly staff who make interactions pleasant Beth Jones has made a number of conversations.

From our first interaction with Luke from Smart Energy our experience has so far been nothing short of amazing! We got on so well with Luke and felt like by the time we were having our in home appointment we were inviting over a friend. Luke stayed as long as needed to explain everything to us, was extremely polite and cleared up any questions we had. Our solar and battery system was then installed 7 days later with no issues. Overall we are more than happy with our service and care we have recieved from Smart Energy. Thank you for making the process so smooth and easy to understand!

Everything was just seamless. From initial contact to final installation and follow up customer care, Smart Energy were just great. Every staff member I've dealt with has been fantastic, so helpful and very pleasant. I highly recommend Smart Energy for all your solar issues.
