Very happy with my new ducted install
The team installed a ducted system in my place, and removed an old split system unit, they were far faster than I expected, did a really good job, and were a laugh to have around the house for the day! Very happy

Great Service & Installation Experience
The service & installation tradesman was extremely professional & courteous. He kept us fully informed as to what he was doing & how to maximise our use of the system. The office staff also kept us up to date on service & installation times.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Smarter Air & Electrical to any potential customers.

Great company to have work done by. Communication was excellent. Always contacted me back or explained anything I was unsure of. All staff from the office team to the guys that did the work, no problem was too hard or question to stupid they all took the time explain. Very polite and helpful.

Panasonic ducting system
Smarter Air installed a Panasonic duct system on our 2 storey property. They exceeded my expectations in customer service and workmanship. Very happy with our air conditioning. Needed an extra outlet about a year later. Smarter air provided a very reasonable quote and upgraded our air conditioning. Quality work, highly recommended.

First Class Service
Quality service from initial inquiry through to installation. Completely removed existing ducted system and installed new system. One hour after completion all old components including ducting removed and cleanup completed which included vacuuming whole house. First class.

The installation was perfect,the installer’s worked as a great professional team, all good tradesmen.I had nightmares wondering about my paintwork.I would never have known they had been.
The company gave me good advice on which unit was the best unit to buy,the Panasonic unit was what I decided to buy.This was only after the technician had given me all the technical information on this unit that I changed my mind on the one i was going to buy. The Panasonic was a far better choice re gaurding better energy saving,when minimum zones of cooling is required.It has higher kilowatt rating when more or all zones are selected.Also this unit is the only one on the market that has air filters to give clean air.
