Snap Fitness UK & IE Avis 

I am a member of the Wallington’Snap’. I love this gym, it has everything I need. The gym is incredibly clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend the Wallington branch. The staff are all amazing who offer great 1-2-1 personal sessions; ‘Jack’, ’Sarah’ and Chloe. Classes are fun too 😎👊

So far after 3 weeks of being a member I have to at last say I have found the right Gym for me:
1. 24 hour access - suits my working life and allows me to go when it's quiet.
2. Even during so called busier times, you're not waiting to get on equipment. There's always something available that you haven't worked out on during that session.
3. Seem to be getting great results from the equipment.
4. Has all the kit for my needs.
5. Good clean shower, toilet and changing facilities.
6. Lockable lockers - provide your own lock.
Only negative is for myself - that due to my working life and long hours I find it hard at times to go as often as I would like to. That is something I need to sort out!

Everything i need toget fit . Nice it being 24hr. Usually go in at 5am for a hour ,before work . Spot on. 💪🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Super equipment and free weights in very clean air condition gym

The team at snap Bodmin are super duper friendly. Always welcomed and supported! The manager Chloe is always on the ball and willing to make events and include the community

Unable to use the gym during summer months, no air conditioning. Assume it may be fixed but there’s no notice and no staff again tonight to ask. 2nd time walking out to work out at home instead with the door open
I use Chippenham gym as well, perfect absolutely no complaints there!

I was with this gym in 2024 they made a mistake in the delay with my membership cancellation. I made a complaint and the membership was cancelled and fee waivered. In June 2026 I joined the gym again and I was meant to pay £17 student fee monthly and the GM Corene decided to charge £69 from my bank account reapplying the waivered fee then gave an excuse of the previous manager billy had the conversation and don't know what I was talking about. They are thieves and liars stay away from these people anything to take money from customers honestly you are better off looking for a more credible gym not looking to rip of its customers

Great gym, nice facilities, and lovely staff.

To start with, I accidentally bought 2 memberships instead of 1. I simply emailed Snap Fitness Whitstable hoping to get the duplicate cancelled and maybe even a refund. Within the hour I received a reply saying the duplicate has been cancelled and the money has been refunded. I didn’t expect the swiftness of the staff member Lily to get that done. Lily is a very kind, upbeat and friendly member of staff who so far has delivered perfect customer service. I even managed to pick up my lanyard/key card on the same day, this happened within the span of about 2 hours, very quick service. All my sessions so far using free weights, machines, boxing and bodyweight equipment has been clean, functional and durable. Perfectly safe to use if you’re sensible. It’s a good meet up spot with friends to workout with, it’s spacious, air conditioned and the vending machines have a good choice of snacks and drinks. So far my overall experience with Snap Fitness Whitstable has been perfect, thank you very much everyone.

Great gym, staff are lovely

Amazing gym, you can find all the machines you need from lower body to upper body! Would recommend! Sabrina is also the best!

I genuinely believe the good reviews are fake.

I was a member at the Tylesdale branch and as others have said already, the cancellation process is just a money grab (The whole company is just trying to get as much money out of it's members as possible). You can't cancel your membership while your account is frozen (you also pay £3 each month that your account is frozen), and if you do request to cancel your membership they request a "pro-rata payment" (whatever the hell that means) so you will end up paying for 2 extra months before your membership is cancelled.

Signing up for a gym should not feel like signing your life/ rights away.
Do yourself a favour and stick to other gyms that offer a REAL month to month membership.

I can't imagine them lasting too long with such a ridiculous membership policy. I know I definitely won't be recommending them.

Would leave 0 if I could got a fine as I worked out over 2 hrs they tried to say nothing to do with them when it’s clearly their property as it come with the property when they brought it and the receive a percentage of the fines in the car park I got £1000 fine and a ccj as tried to dispute it but the fine was passed around lots of company’s as they change debt collectors every week . Just avoid this gym go to one that does fine you if you want to have a decent work out plenty of other gyms to go plus the gyms terrible any way

I think maybe it caters for the younger generation more than anything but saying that I have a program that i try to follow as best i can. Some of the tasks are too much for me to start with but hopefully over time I will be able to do a bit more to strengthen myself.

Clean, nice and healthy environment, with nice and modern facilities with reliable internet connection.
Polite staffs, and always ready to help.
My only concern is the subscription price, expensive and could be overwhelming on a monthly basis. But every other experiences were awesome 👌.

I love this gym so much, the people that go are so friendly along with the staff.. they are always ready and willing to help! The gym is always clean and fresh and there is a wide variety of equipment/machinery available for all different needs. Soo worth the membership, I would recommend anyone to join, and have!

The staff and facilities are great, got a free PT session from Nathan who was just generally a great amount of help. I'm loving the gym.
