Έγινε 6/9 εγγραφή με refer code. Σήμερα 13/4 επικοινώνησα μαζι τους μέσω chat για το bonus εγγραφής. Λόγω λάθους της εφαρμογής τους δεν ειχε περάσει ως referal αλλά ως ανεξάρτητη εγγραφή. Δεν υπήρχε... Voir plus

My experience with the bank so far has been excellent. The interest returns on my capital are among the best products available in the Greek market. The telephone customer service can be somewhat problematic, with long waiting times and rarely any callback when requested. Nevertheless, the overall service remains very good and I am highly satisfied with my banking experience.

μου αρέσει που ειναι όλοι η snappi agend αλλα απο την ημέρα που την άνοιξα άργησαν να μου φέρουν την φυσική καρτα και τώρα που άλλαξα αριθμό τηλεφώνου δεν μου δουλεύει πια ούτε το iris ούτε να χρησιμοποιήσω την κάρτα σαν να ειναι μπλοκαρισμενος πρέπει να φτιάξετε και φυσικά καταστήματα και κάποιες απο της ρυθμίσεις να γίνονται πιο γρήγορα

Λυπούμαστε που η καθυστέρηση στην παραλαβή της κάρτας, καθώς και οι δυσκολίες που προέκυψαν μετά την αλλαγή του αριθμού τηλεφώνου σου, έκαναν τη διαδικασία τόσο περίπλοκη.
Όταν αλλάζει ο αριθμός κινητού ή η διεύθυνση email, είναι απαραίτητο τα νέα στοιχεία να ενημερωθούν πρώτα στο gov.gr και στη συνέχεια μέσω της εφαρμογής της Snappi, ώστε τα στοιχεία που χρησιμοποιούνται για την ταυτοποίηση να παραμένουν συγχρονισμένα.
Όσον αφορά το IRIS, ενδέχεται επίσης να χρειαστεί να απενεργοποιήσεις και να ενεργοποιήσεις ξανά την υπηρεσία, ώστε τα ενημερωμένα στοιχεία να συγχρονιστούν σωστά με τη ΔΙΑΣ.
Αν έχεις ήδη πραγματοποιήσει τα παραπάνω βήματα και το πρόβλημα εξακολουθεί να υφίσταται, στείλε μας ένα email στο customer@snappibank.com με θέμα «Trustpilot review», ώστε η ομάδα μας να εντοπίσει την περίπτωσή σου και να σε καθοδηγήσει περαιτέρω.

Δύσκολη η επικοινωνία με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Μεγάλη αναμονή στην τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση. Τρεις φορές, που προσπάθησα τον τελευταίο μήνα, μου δόθηκε η επιλογή να με καλέσουν, γιατί ήταν πολύ μεγάλη η αναμονή (πάνω από μισή ώρα). Δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ! Ακόμη κι όταν κατάφερα δύο φορές να μιλήσω μαζί τους, οι κλήσεις κράτησαν πολλή ώρα, για να βρεθούν λύσεις. Γενικά, η εφαρμογή απαιτεί αρκετή μύηση, για να την χρησιμοποιήσετε ικανοποιητικά.
