Great choice. Great customer service. Quick delivery

So I went to order a care basket for someone who had been having a very stressful time recently, for it to be delivered on the same day. I checked that they could deliver to a suburb of Gawler. They then charged a $35 delivery fee. The company ‘Snowgoose’ an Adelaide company, assured me that they could do that delivery. I later rang my friend at 7:00pm that day. Basket hadn’t turned up. ‘Snowgoose’ has taken my money about 2 seconds after the request for payment ….and not delivered..literally. No phonecall, message, email or apology. It would have been professional if they at least had a message which told the customer that the basket had been delivered.
I might as well just given the money to my friend. At least she would have got something.😥

UPDATE to my review: Upon checking with my mother, we realise now that the refund of $181.95 ($159 for hamper + $22.95 delivery) has STILL NOT been paid - and we are a month down the track!

Massive disappointment. We ordered a fruit and chocolates hamper to be delivered 2 days before Christmas (ordered a fortnight before). We went through all the steps to confirm that it was able to be delivered to the address, and when the prompts keep going, it feels like you are getting somewhere... as in, surely if the delivery address wasn't able to be delivered to, it wouldn't go on to accept the payment - SURELY it would say something like "cannot be delivered to your requested location"... (which was a regular suburb, in the middle of Canberra!).. but no, it accepted the location, took the money (INCLUDING DELIVERY - despite saying FREE DELIVERY) but didn't deliver ... and nor did we know it didn't deliver until we rang the 'deliveree' when we hadn't heard from her, only to be told ... nope, nothing had been delivered.

From there we rang Snowgoose - who promptly said "Oh, we don't deliver to there, they need to collect the hamper from the hall!" ... nothing had been mentioned of this anywhere... and our friends were unable to travel anywhere to pick up the delivery, which is why we organised it to be delivered in the first place!

Upon ringing Snowgoose again, to express disappointment, we got very polite customer service saying along the lines of "oh sorry... here's a refund".. boom boom! Great to get a refund - despite having to ask for it... but the bottom line is, a refund is not cutting it. We had a delivery placed in order to help a family out who are having an extremely tough time, and were very much looking forward to our gift - and had counted on it with numbers etc, particularly having 2 family members needing full time caring...

What would have gone down better is "we would like to offer a hamper to the family" (which I realise is highly unlikely anyway)... or at the very least offer us a discount on a future hamper so that we could gain a little faith back in the online company!

Rant pretty much over now - but please consider re doing your website so that it actually doesn't accept money when the goods are not delivered, and especially when they were NEVER going to be delivered in the first place!

Beautiful gift for events, special occasions. I ordered the Christmas cherries with gourmet chocolates and bubbly. The package was beautiful and the cherries are fresh. Highly recommended. Perth, Australia. Total cost plus delivery approx. $175

I ordered x2 Sweet Temptation boxes after a visit to the Snowgoose website. These hampers were for my husband who had received a kidney transplant and his donor. It was to surprise them and brighten up their day given there are no visitors allowed due to Covid19. I was heartbroken when I received a photo of the box that contained maybe half (that’s a modest estimate) of what was on the website. No strawberries, no plums, no nectarines, no pear, no mango, no peanut brittle, no nougat all of which featured in the image on the website. Just heartbroken…..

I received the "Sweet Temptations" box today from a dear friend after arriving home from a stay in hospital. Beautifully presented & delicious fresh fruit & yummy chocolate!

I recently made a purchase with your company for my mother in law’s birthday (13th August) and I was disappointed at the amount of fruits that was in the box and expected a little more. For example in the photo there are three bananas but only got 1 and the apples look sickly. I understand there some fruits are seasonal but these fruits could have been substituted. This is just not acceptable. Claim to deliver Australia wide but this is not the case.

This week i ordered a sympathy hamper on behalf of our team for a colleague who's father had passed away. Unfortunately the home address i gave Snowgoose was an old one... the lady who now lives there called the company to let them know there was no one living there of that name. Daniela from Snowgoose called me and explained...due to covid they were unable to collect the hamper already delivered for safety concerns... but the next day they delivered a brand new hamper to my colleague's correct address for no additional fee! I was amazed at their willingness to assist and can highly recommend Snowgoose - quality good, huge variety and get reliable service! I've used them many times over the years and will continue to do so... Thank you Snowgoose!

I just wanted to say how impressed I was when I received a beautiful fruit box from Snowgoose! Well presented and the fruit is just divine!

We have been customers of Snowgoose for many years, commencing when we used to send gift boxes to our clients and press with our signature Hermon & Hermon printed lid.
Everyone was always blown away with the gift and particularly the quality of the fruit.
Still sending these divine gifts and still many happy recipients!

100 St Georges Terrace ordered 20 cherry , baci chocolate and Chandon boxes for our VIP tenants for Christmas 2020 and what a hit they were.

We immediately placed our order for 2021 as the feedback was phenomenal. Beautifully packaged in wooden boxes with our logo and a lovely Christmas message on.

Great idea and something different from the normal cheese ,wine and biscuit hamper.

Nothing was too much trouble for Kate Beeton who helped select our VIP hampers and delivered them personally with a smile. Kate also organised delivery for 2 tenants who live in Mandurah. Great touch Kate!

Service and product exceptional.

I bought the large size fruit box for my mum for mothers day. It was great that the delivery was made in time for mothers day but there were not as many fruits in the box as there was shown in the photos and especially since you are paying $139 + delivery fee, you would at the very least expect the fruit to be of great quality which I did not receive. 1 of the 2 red apples had visible and large dents in it and the other had multiple bruising to the fruit. the two green apples were also bruised. One of the 2 pears did not appear to have been picked within 2-3 days like the website stated, the stem was so dry and the skin was starting to wrinkle, I did not check the other pear. The grapes, I could fit all in 1 palm, were on the softer end rather than crisp and crunchy. Unfortunately, no cherries (which I expected since they are out of season) and also no strawberries, which I was quite disappointed with. I would have appreciated it if they could have substituted an in season fruit like plums instead but that did not happen, instead the box was filled with ALOT of shredded paper. There were many other companies offering a similar service at a cheaper rate, but I thought I would give snowgoose a go considering the reviews were mostly positive. However, I will not be using this service again, I think it is very overpriced for the quantity and quality of the produce.

got a box yesterday many fruits are missing from the picture and hardly the box was fill with fruits... had only one peach and a nectarine which was were expired and had to threw them away... i feel money wasted...

Absolutely excellence service from the beginning to the end of our event. We ordered over 200 hampers across ANZ for an event and nothing was too difficult. Products were swapped, last minute changes were acted on quickly, communication was excellent and hampers were delivered in the agreed timeframe. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use Snowgoose again.
