All the staff were efficient and friendly, my car was in for a service, I was told it would take just over a hour, I was directed to a customer waiting area where drinks were available.
I was notified when my car was finished and ready, which was on time.

The work (new tyre, and check on taking and wheel alignment) was carried out well, on time, and as per quote. Staff were polite, efficient and helpful, and although I hadn't asked for it, the car came back beautifully cleaned.

I recently dealt with Jack regarding the purchase of a Ford Kuga and wanted to express my appreciation for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I was unable to proceed with the purchase. Despite this, the team remained professional, courteous and understanding throughout the process.

The communication and service I received were excellent, and I genuinely appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me.

Although the purchase didn't go ahead, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snows to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, and I would certainly consider returning in the future.

Had a booked appointment for a test drive but no-one appeared to be expecting me. No-one approached me when I arrived or when I was wandering around looking at cars, opening doors etc. Eventually I asked someone for the person I was expecting to have the appointment with and was told that he was unavailable owing to running late with another customer. Another consultant took over my visit and was extremely pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. The test drive was well managed and a sale was agreed.

After several visits to identify issues with my Hilux air con Snows took the car in and everything was fixed under warranty

Embarrassed are we?

I get a notification from Trust Pilot saying that SNOWS have attempted to take down my review - however, after checking it, Trust Pilot stated there was nothing wrong with it and kept it up.

How embarrassing & unprofessional! You are trying to prevent bad reviews from being seen by other people !

Traded in my Peugeot 3008 GT for a Peugeot 408 GT, Nick the sales man was very helpful and very Knowledgeable about both cars. Purchase went smoothly and the deal was done very quickly.
