A relaxed way to get a new car.
The staff were very relaxed and knowledgeable about the cars. They were able to answer all my questiins about purchasing, servicing and finance. I would certainly encourage potential customers to visit Snows Mini and get the latest information regarding either purchase or PCP.

Great customer service -I initially got a second hand LBX which I absolutely loved. A year later the lovely people at Snows Hedge End remembered that I had really liked a specific colour- and lo and behold they were able to offer me a brand new one in that specific colour, at a very competitive price….an offer too good to miss.

Couldn't be bothered
I went in to the Chichester branch of Snows on 15th October to look at a Corolla Touring. They only had 1 which was nearly new. I asked the guy to open the doors and boot. When I went to the car it was still locked. I went back in and tried again. Same outcome. I'm not sure where their reputation for good customer service comes from. Certainly not Sales.

All the staff were efficient and friendly, my car was in for a service, I was told it would take just over a hour, I was directed to a customer waiting area where drinks were available.
I was notified when my car was finished and ready, which was on time.

Wheel alignment check
The work (new tyre, and check on taking and wheel alignment) was carried out well, on time, and as per quote. Staff were polite, efficient and helpful, and although I hadn't asked for it, the car came back beautifully cleaned.

I always feel my car is taken care of.

I always feel more inclined to own this Volvo or buy another as a result of it being serviced at Snows.

The car had a slow puncture, and having spoken directly to the Reception at Snows, Newbury, the car was booked in quickly. The job was done efficiently, and the Staff were excellent.

I recently dealt with Jack regarding the purchase of a Ford Kuga and wanted to express my appreciation for their professionalism and excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I was unable to proceed with the purchase. Despite this, the team remained professional, courteous and understanding throughout the process.
The communication and service I received were excellent, and I genuinely appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me.
Although the purchase didn't go ahead, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snows to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, and I would certainly consider returning in the future.
