Excellent salesman
The man who organised my purchase of the car was Dan Parker. He was very pleasant and very professional and took me through the buying process stage by stage.
An excellent employee who even drove out to my house to collect the car when there was a minor fault. He the took the car back to Snows and when fixed returned it to my home.

Returning customer for years. Customer service always positive and consistent. Mot prompts, booking that and services easy, no problems. Health check videos clear and informative. Great team, always helpful and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

COMPLETE RIP OFF
Took a Vauxhall into the Snows Basingstoke for a service, MOT & new tyres.
Three weeks later, at least one of the new tyres is deflating regularly.
There is no puncture in it.
Ring Snows.
Wait for over 15 minutes - all while being #1 in the cue.
Nice enough bloke - tried to help until he told me he would have to charge £186 to look at the tyres.
The new tyres that, at least one of which on the face of it, is defective.
What a complete and utter rip off.
RIP off Britain. Rip off Vauxhall.
I’m sick of being ripped off.

Repair carried out quickly and professionally
My Lexus NX450h+ needed a replacement condenser for the Air Conditioning system due to stone damage via the front grill.
The work was carried out in a professional manner and all staff at Snows Lexus were helpful and professional at all times.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. No communications. Cant get hold of anyone that actually knows what is happening. When you do get through they always say they will take details and call back and then never do. Ongoing issue dating back more than 1 year so far. I have submitted compaint following Toyota UK complaint process and still no response. Have escalated to Toyota UK waiting a response. This is in regards to Hilux chassis corrosion issues which is under recall.

What a great decision to buy a Toyota chr + from snows at west quay rd I was met by Greg wilson , who handled the whole process from test drive to final purchase , who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy ,nothing was to much trouble and any issues were sorted quickly , for me the 10 yr warranty is second to none as long as it’s serviced by them , and the 371 mile range is perfect for me ,I love my new toyota and I am looking forward to many years with her
