Customer service wasn't great
Customer service wasn't great. My car went in for a routine service was contacted to say ready for collection later in the day. Walked back to get it to find it was not at the showroom they workshop still had the keys. Waited another hour for keys and car to finally arrive. Hadn't had complimentary car wash. Didn't have t8me to wait any longer for this to be done. No one at desk when I arrived. Had to wait ages for someone to come and serve me. Staff walked by me and ignored me. Ordered a touch up paint. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. They re ordered and was told I would get a phone call when it arrived. Never got the phone call.

A very good service
I arrived for my car service and was greeted in a friendly and polite manner, I waited for the service to be completed along with my car being washed in a comfortable waiting area. Which also provided hot drinks.

My car is 14 yrs old
My car is 14 yrs old, but has only done 44,000 miles, so I like to keep it serviced by a main Toyota agent. Snows are excellent. I have been driving for over 50 years, at one time driving round the UK for my work, so I have had a lot of cars, and a lot of servicers, so I do not speak lightly when I say these are the best. Car always returns driving beautifully, kept fully informed re any issues. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
