Great, everything was done as and when I was told it would be. My Sofa seems good quality. But most importantly, when I rang the company a couple of times, they were happy to answer the phone and deal promptly and pleasantly, when a lot of companies these days won’t even put a phone number on their website.

Good product, delivered promptly.

I found the two chairs with footstools online. They were just what we were after, the description was accurate and they were a good price. There was also a personal follow-up call to make sure that we knew they would need self assembly and that once assembled they could not be returned (so open and be sure one at a time).

Excellent quick service. Kept informed of delivery process at every stage. Excellent customer service. The sofa and chair is perfect and of very high quality.

Ordered two tub chairs both arrived next day and are very good for the price I paid.Both orders were confirmed by telephone after ordering great communication thumbs up for great customer service.

The Sofa we ordered was out of stock but the communication from The Sofa Company was excellent; they rang to let us know and within a week they had it back in stock and arranged for delivery to suit us as we were going away. Would definitely recommend them.

Well I was told free delivery but was then informed I had to pay £60 or £30 for delivery so I’m obviously not happy with that.
Product & delivery were perfect 👍

Delivery was quick and on time.
The chair was as described.
Assembly was OK - but needed better instructions.
The finished article is very good and I am very happy with my purchase.

Just be aware, if you are not happy with your purchase, you will have to pay for your own return. This costs hundreds for a sofa! I would go to a shop and try before you buy!
