Ordered 2 recliner chairs, The sofa company called me within a hour of placing the order to confirm the order and advise of a delivery time. I ordered on the Sunday and received them on the Tuesday. Easy to assemble overall a fantastic service Thankyou.

You wouldn’t expect a 5 star review when goods are damaged, but I feel I need to give this firm the credit it deserves. Took delivery of 2 tub chairs and unfortunately noticed a split in one of them. My heart sank at the thought of trying to return it! I phoned the company and spoke to a delightful man who apologised and after I sent a photo of the damage he promised a replacement which came within two days. Well done sofa company. Highly recommend.

I ordered the de vere sofa it arrived late, the delivery driver was extremely rude and dragged the sofa ftom his van which was parked in the next street and left it on a pallet in the road couldn't even be bothered to put it on my drive.the sofa is very poor quality and uncomfortable and definitely not a thousand pound sofa as advertised i called customer service the phone call was cut off andI've had no contact as of how to return it

Great products and a great company to deal with communication from order to delivery, emails, text and even a phone call. Delivered really quickly and on time. They even sent a colour material sample for us to chose from. Very pleased.

From the time I ordered the Recliner and foot stall the service was great, confirmed Emails, text and a phone call, keeping me informed all the time. Totally free delivery and it arrived on time. We had to assemble it, easy to do just awkward. Very pleased with the quality and the whole buying experience. Five-star service at a great price.

Delivery was reasonable and fast for our area, only slight negative is being left with a big heavy pallet which I now have to try to dispose of, but we are happy with the swivel chair and the service provided.

Edited - March 25, we bought this chair as a gift and after a few niggles with delivery the chair has finally been built and really good, super comfortable, great quality and went together really easily (didn’t even need the instructions). Our folks are super happy with the chair.

Ordered a sofa from DFS and the 2 lads who delivered the sofa were amazing, we are in a flat so they had to bring it up the stairs and they were quick and really efficient, also really funny.

The ordering was simple the delivery was perfect. Putting the chair together was a little difficult but called the office and spoke with a lovely girl, think her name was Hayley, and she advised us how to do it, perfect!!!!! Chair looks lovely and is very comfortable.

From beginning to end excellent service, very prompt and efficient

Great from start to delivery no complaints only problem I had was trying to fit the armrests on was trying to line up the holes with the metal frame after looking at it closely I took the metal strips off and swapped them over left side to right side and arms fitted straight away I don’t know if what i did was right but it worked for me done same to second chair and it only took me about 20 minutes instead of 2and half hours chairs are comfortable and happy with purchase would use them again
