Everyone was so helpful they advised me about delivery dates and arranged for a date suitable for me, also the price for two settees was amazing I would gladly recommend this company

Very efficient and professional company. Contact via email and phone throughout the process. Superb value on chair purchased. Downside is the chair is comfortable I keep falling asleep in it! 100% recommended.

Delivery on time and to the driveway as expected. Not convinced on the strength of the armrests of the couch as already feel like that are weakening !
UPDATE:
Had an issue with couch later, which ended up being a fault. Company replaced couch without issue and very friendly. Moved to 5 stars as Customer Service is excellent.

Ordered online, received phone call from somebody advising when delivery would be made along with instructions what to do before assembly. Would have been 5 stars but the seat padding could be better

Assembly of Chair
The chair is extremely comfortable and looks great. The only problem i had was assembly, the arm rests are not easy to fit and to be honest the Allen key provided is not adequate for the job. In the end I managed with and Allen key extension where I was able push the arm rests into position and exert more pressure to located the Allen screw and tighten the arm rests into position.

A brilliant experience with a top quality company. Ordered a chair before 11.00 am, received a personal telephone call to confirm the order and the chair arrived at 8.00 am the following morning. ideal sofas for a small room
Very good communication with the company, Sofas arrived promptly. Pleased with how they look, as I only have a small house and they are not overbearing in the room. My only criticism and why I haven"t given 5 stars, is that the delivery drivers wouldn't take the boxes away as the company said we had to keep them 10 days in case we wanted to return the sofas. This is incorrect as you do not need original packaging if a product is faulty, and also I live in a small terraced house, there is no room for large cardboard boxes, so they had to go outside, where of course they were rendered useless as soon as we had rain.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and for the positive comments.
In regard to the comments about the box being left, This is standard practice for any online company not in case your product becomes faulty because as you rightly point out you dont need the box for that but if you wish to return the item due to unsuitability it would need to be returned in its original packaging which is why companies that sell larger items always stipulate for your consumer rights you would need to send the item back in its original packaging if deemed unsuitable for your needs.
