Better installers and staff that speak English. System took months to install and still not connected to the grid paying for a system I can’t fully use

Avoid this company at all costs. when your going to sign up they answer the phone and bed over backward to get the money. After you pay they never answer the phone or reply to emails. Also they sell batteries that aren't approved yet.

The Solar worked for less than a week. Since I have contacted them, all I have got is lip service. They have stalled for 4 weeks and now are using Christmas as an excuse for not fixing it.
I understand it can be difficult getting someone out to fix, but they should be honest.

They were always happy to assist, readily available on the phone, and ensured the entire process of getting my solar system was smooth and hassle-free. Firstly l would like to thank KRISTAN for all the over the phone information he provided with integrity and honesty about the steps involved with installing solar panels and all the installers who travelled down from Swan Hill and undertook the management of installing the Solar Panels on our roof a mammoth job which l imagine at times is not always in ideal weather conditions

Solar panels installed on the 22nd of October. Inspection failed due to no labelling. Energy company can’t convert our meter since they are still awaiting paperwork, which was supposed to be sent on the 19th of November. We are still unable to use our solar panels and are paying for a service we can’t use…Avoid at all risk.

The company was great at making the sale, but trying to find support is an issue. Have been trying to call support for help to find out when the Solar be connected to the grid, but unable to get through. There is no email or online form to put in your inquiry. The panels also are not giving the right output. I have a 10 kw plant and it only generates around 2kw-3kw at a time. The Panels keep disconnecting from the SEMS app saying they are offline. Overall not a good experience. I now need to work out how to make this a worthwhile investment.

For the first time in my life I'm writing a review, well less a review and more a warning. Once this company has your money they will ignore you.

2 months after installation and our system still isn't connected to the grid. I sent an email asking for an update and that seemed to remind them to submit the paperwork (though they never responded to me). I've sent multiple emails since and not once received a reply. They'll nag you and nag you to get the sale and take your money, then they'll just move on and ignore you. I hate to think what will happen if we ever have any issues and need support.

Mitchell has been absolutely fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process.

Firstly he has given us a great competitive price for the solar and was willing to adjust it to our specifications. All of our questions were met with detailed answers.

We are also fortunate to be been involved with a great deployment and sales team to push our installment to an earlier date.

There was a couple of hiccups during the installation which I Immediately informed Mitchell. He rectified these issues within a few days.

Our solar system is up and running for a couple of days now. Our solar system is providing energy more than we can consume. We are consuming zero from the grid and at the same time selling to the grid
