Ordered 28/11/25 never received order. Said they were shipping a new one but would never give me tracking numbers. Said they would refund me back my money but never received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Biggest scam

I’m so upset that I fell for this site! I’m so good about checking and making sure it’s legit! I was just so excited.

Scam - product never came and refund never came… call Visa ASAP

I ordered beginning of December and still don’t have the presents for my nieces ! They promised me another order and refund and still waiting ! Absolute joke

Don't bother. They replied but do not deliver. A month later and no product. They promised refund and still nothing a month later. Big mistake. Scam.

I ordered two of the 3d pens for the deal from this company on December 4th for Christmas presents for my Nephews. Well, it is now January 9th 2026 and still no product. I have had multiple emails back and forth from the company where they say they are checking with the courier and they don't get back to me until more then a week later, after I have emailed them again... It looks like there are so many other people on here who ordered around the same time that I did and are having the exact same issue. I was told it should arrive before Christmas and it didn't, I was told it should arrive before January 9th and it hasn't.
In my emails with the company I had asked for a tracking code and that tracking code does not seem to be working. I have sent an email to the company asking for a refund now.
Looks like I should be talking with my bank...
I was eternally hopeful that it would show up for my Nephew's Birthdays but now I am just done after seeing these reviews.

Never came. It's a scam

Ordered this product on 4th Dec 2025. Haven't had parcel delivered. Have sent several emails with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I received a confirmation of my order which was order # 22907 December 1, 2025, stating my order was on its way.
The item never arrived. I contacted the company several times, whereupon I was guaranteed it would arrive by Christmas. I received a response stating they would be looking into the Courier. No product arrived.
Christmas came & no parcel. I contacted the company again & requested a refund.
I was told a refund would arrive within 14 days & the package was still on its way.
To date, January 7... I have received neither the Christmas present I ordered for my granddaughter, nor a refund for the amount I paid.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Really wish I read all these reviews before ordering. Like all the others, Ordered December 9th, January 7th and still nothing. Wrote the company to ask for tracking information and no response. SCAM for sure. Super dissapointed.

0!!!!!!! Star! Like all the other comments, my order never came, I emailed and they “gave a refund” and told me to keep the item when it arrived. No item and no refund. Absolute scam!!! Silly me!

This must be a scam.
We never received the product, they said it would be delivered before Christmas. It wasn't.

I ordered in November for a Christmas gift and apparently it’s been on its way since then! Everytime I inquire about its whereabouts - it’s 2-4 days away! It’s been a few weeks and it’s yet to show up. I’ve asked for a full refund and apparently that too should be in my account in the next few days! I will never buy from them again! They actually said I can keep the items when they get here but the refund will still be honoured ! I have a feeling the ‘item’ was never sent and I shall never receive it or the refund!

My pen came in 4 days right on time for christmas, my son loves it so much, really nice quality and good customer service. Can't speak to other reviews but my experience was very good.

They didn't deliver the product and haven't given a refund a month later.

I purchased the 3D pens a month ago and they refuse to respond to me as to status of the order, or if it is a scam site!

I ordered their special family 3 pack for my 3 grandchildren on December 3. I waited patiently and wrote them asking to please verify where their FedEx was, and when they would come. It never showed up for Christmas. I had to run out December 24th and quickly get 3 more presents for 3 young children. So disappointed. And when I wrote to return money NO answer, or commitment from them. Do Not Trust Somora, true scam. Disappointed.....

Placed an order on Dec. 8. On Dec 10 it showed up in Shopify as waiting on FedEx information. When I followed up on Dec 22 I was told that my package was to be delivered on Dec 24, but they would not give me the tracking number. I asked again on Dec 23 for the tracking number and received no response. I filed a complaint with my bank on Dec 29 to get my money back, then emailed Somora on Dec 30, which they replied to on Jan 1 and said they would cancel my order--thereby admitting that the package was never sent and the delivery date of Dec 24 they quoted me was a lie. I have yet to see the funds show up and doubt they ever will. Absolutely disgraceful.

DO NOT order anything from this company. If you have, contact your bank for a refund NOW because Sonora will NEVER give you the refund they say they’ve processed. My bank organised my refund after I lodged a complaint about SONORA!
I ordered the 3D pen and a bag of filaments on December 3. They said they’d processed and posted the items December 6, Express Post in Australia via Australia Post. Nothing arrived and no tracking number arrived by December 11.
I contacted them via email on that date and continued to email them daily, sometimes twice a day requesting the tracking. I also requested a refund and told them I knew it was a scam. Always an excuse why it wasn’t sent. On December 23, I contacted my bank and made a complaint. The bank got straight back to me and I had my refund the next day.
I have tried to make a complaint to Shopify but there is nowhere to do this that I can find.
Sonora is a SCAM website and company and I will continue to post reviews anywhere I can to warn people of this disputable company.
I have given a 1 star rating, only because you have to rate them, to be able to write a review.
Not one person doing reviews has received their goods from this company.
Please be warned!!!
The 3D pen & filaments was meant to be a Christmas present for my Grandson.
I then had to search the country to find something similar. Luckily I found that Harvey Norman sold them. My daughter was in Dubbo for he son’s cricket at the time, so I rang them and she picked it up and bought it back home for me. Dubbo is about 8 hours drive away, I was lucky. My local store did not have them and it was my only option to get the item before Christmas.
The amount of anguish, frustration and anxiety this SCAM company ‘Sonora’ has caused me, was not something you expect to go through, especially so close to Christmas, when you’re just trying to purchase a gift for a loved one.

I ordered Nov 28, said it was shipped FedEx but no movement on tracking. Email 3 times, first response was should be 2-4 days. This was after 2 weeks previously waiting. No further response. To this date no product, no response! Bank will reverse the charges next week.
