Scam Company
Like everyone else. Ordered Nov 30, said shipped Dec 2. Nothing as of Dec 31. They said via email they refunded my money, but nothing.
I should have investigated better, but trusted it as a (or so they claim) Canadian company.

I have contacted the company by email and they said it would ship in 4-10 business days,that was December 5th and I still have not received anything as of December 31. Ordered on 29th Nov, still no item received on December 24. Emailed several times, they keep saying it's on its way. They have provided fake tracking numbers. Time to charge back and report this as fraud.

Never Ships
I placed an order on November 27 for a Christmas present and on December 23 I still yet to receive my order. I haven't even been given a tracking number.
From the other reviews here, this is a common occurrence. They take your money, never ship the product, and are terrible at answering emails.

I have a mixed review as I ordered a pen and filament set on Nov 28th. It was marked as shipped and still hasn’t arrived. I emailed and was given a window to contact them (2-4 days) and they would issue a refund. That day was today, and I am now waiting on a refund.
