We have just returned from a 15 day trip to Peru and Bolivia organised by Conrad McGarvey at South America Travel - the trip was stunning, meticulously organised by Conrad in every detail from flights to hotels, guides, transport, places to visit etc. He was full of helpful suggestions but equally happy to adjust itineraries etc to suit our wishes.

Planning a customized trip was quick and easy with Izabela. She listened to what we were looking for in our first trip to Chile and crafted just the right itinerary for us. After a few back and forths via email and telephone, we were able to settle on the dates, accommodations and experiences we wanted.

This is the first time we have contacted your company. The contact person (Mike Bonnett) can give us all the answers in detail and arrange a travel plan that meets our expectations. Fast responses, good itinerary suggestions, easy payment process. A bit pricey for a solo traveler but it will have been worth it if service continues to be as first class as it has been so far. Also, I assumed my contact person was in Seattle. She was, in fact, in Bogata. I was placing my calls late in day PDT when the shop in Bogata was already closed for the day. Once we got that straightened out, things went smoothly.
