The customer service is above and beyond. If you have any questions, they can handle it not only with ease but with courtesy, professionalism and care. They even addressed a topic I almost forgot to inquire about and were more than informative about my product and how to care for it to get the longest life out of it. I was super happy with my call (which doesn't happen often) and will use this company again for my spa purchases.

Once I saw the great selection on Skin Act's site,..I knew I would find what I was looking for. Then I was concerned about the shipping out of USA to Canada.
The Customer Service/Order department was great to deal with - very knowledgeable and worked with my Customs account to make the shipping care free. I received my Esthetics chair quickly (within a WEEK) and we love the quality! I WILL be purchasing from Skin Act again!

Ordered an 11 function facial machine. Confirmed order on a Saturday and received the machine on following Tuesday. I am located in Missouri and, best that I can tell, shipment originated in Southern Calif. Super surprised. Machine seems to be exactly what we expected. Very pleased! Will purchase from this company again.

I called on the telephone to question the spa bed I was interested on-line and the quality of customer service I got was wonderful!! I picked up my spa bed from the warehouse and I was given a tour of their showroom and a demonstration on how to operate my spa bed. Everyone was so NICE!! As for the spa bed it's very sturdy, comfortable and exactly what I wanted. I love this place!!!

Only thing did not receive email letting me know when it was shipped

This steamer works perfectly for a smaller esthetician setup or for home use. Shipping was excellent and came the next day!! I would recommend to anyone. If I had to give a critique, I wish the arm on the steamer was longer or expandable

Good service,without not many questions

I attended the Spa show in New York and was looking for spa equipment. I gather info and went home. After two days I made a decision and called to see if I could get the deal that was offered at the show. The person I spoke to said it was no problem at all and the show price was honored without a hitch.

I went on a couple of sites, after my visit at the Skin Care show in New York City. Spa & Equipment is the best place to shop, I recommend my friends to go on this site and order from this company.I liked them because they are American brand, and they are very reasonable and kind. I heard from other Estheticians that this brand is the best,it will last for a long time. I am loving every moment of my facial bed, double wax warmer,and portable steamer. Yeah!! Go for it..you wont regret it...

Good service, timely delivery. Can use better communication - there's no way to track order/shipment other than calling their service.

The company did an outstanding job to meet and exceed my expectations. They first started out by calling me and confirming that I made this order and that it was not some type of fraud. Then they followed up with great communication throughout the entire cycled through delivery. Upon receipt the product was packaged with great care and we received it without any damage. Great job and i appreciate your efforts.

The chair had no instructions & the video was not very clear. The trolley was pretty cheaply made (looked like painted cast iron not metal [such as chrome]) Didn't seem like the picture. I hope it holds up & doesn't fracture.

So far I love my new chair. I am an Esthetician, who needs a good chair. So far it is wonderful! It really is nice to have a fully adjustable chair with a back rest.
