Johanna booked us a fantastic trip to Western Canada, taking in the Rocky Mountains and the incredible Rocky Mountaineer train.
The whole trip was seamless, we just turned up where we were told and all transport, hotels and trips were arranged. We found it so relaxing and stress free thanks to the impeccable organisation. Would thoroughly recommend Spear Travel and Johanna in Skipton.

As always Isabel at Tettenhall Green branch of Spear travel did us proud. The Nautilus Hotel in Giardini Naxos, Sicily was perfect for us. We had a wonderful escorted tour with Riviera Travel which we booked through Spear Travel in Hanford. The ladies at Spear made our booking process easy and they were always on hand to answer any of our questions. Everything went smoothly. Many thanks!

Broads Travel as efficient as always.
Atrium Prestige, Rhodes was excellent but too remote. 1hr 45min private transfer. The grounds of the hotel are lovely but surrounded by scrubland. Nowhere to walk to, taxis expensive.

The Skipton branch manager is a complete liar and only thinks about the commission. She sold a holiday to Kavos to us as a couples holiday. She is meant to be a Greece specialist and somehow didn’t know or care to research this destination, as this turned out to be a party destination. I do not recommend using this branch, as the holiday was worse than a nightmare. When I contacted them to complain, I got nothing but lies via a final written response (a made up narrative in her head of what her boss would want to hear she advised us of) and when I contacted them via phone to discuss these lies, she indirectly admitted to the dishonesty and was extremely rude to me. In my opinion a complaint should be dealt with by a non biased party. Completely immoral.

Flight times,hotel and staff where all excellent... Karen's recommendations were all spot on..

Had a great time on our tailor made tour of Canada and USA, it was great to travel across Canada on VIA rail and stay in the Fairmont Hotels. The cruise from Quebec with Princess Cruises was excellent. Finished off with a 2 day stay in Boston.

Holiday provided by this Company was ideal - just as we required - from the start of our enquiry the staff were knowledgeable and amiable - to be honest we cannot honestly give any black marks

Everything arranged through the Travel Agent went to plan.
The flights were punctual, we got the seats we’d booked and the taxi transfers both ways were exemplary.
The hotel was lovely, as were all of the staff and only very minor niggles which didn’t spoil the experience.
Perhaps more should be mentioned about just how hilly our resort, Taormina was. We coped fine with the hundreds of steps but it isn’t for everyone, particularly those with mobility issues.
We don’t like being treated like sheep, and we weren’t but we’d recommend some research on what excursions before you fly.

The Amavi hotel in Cyprus was true perfection. Thank you Broad Travel for advising us and assisting us with the perfect holiday.

Our two part holiday arranged through Spears was mixed. The Verona experience went really well.
We then went to a hotel on Lake Garda - one that we were unsure of when we initially made the booking. We queried whether the hotel was actually open and were assured that all was well. It was open- but is to close for renovations in the next few weeks so we found it to be run down and extremely disappointing. We always rely on Spears and will use them again. This time however was not a great experience.

From start to finish they were proactive and even seemed excited as we were about our holiday booking. Everything went well and as a family with young children we were grateful for their recommendations.
Would totally recommend Spear Travels including all the team but specifically Lynda for their professionalism, interest and attention to detail.Will certainly book again with them
