Emerald Cruises were great in all respects. The boat was perfect and kept very clean. All the staff/crew were excellent. They also convey a great sense of teamwork and a common purpose of wishing to provide an excellent holiday experience

Alexa at Spear is just amazing I gave her what I wanted information wise and she delivered with one of the most beautiful holidays we have ever had her service is first class and I would recommend her at every turn so professional and her knowledge is amazing. This was a surprise for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary and it was more than I could of wished for thank you Alexa amazing.

We found Spear Travels to be a wonderful travel company and will be using them again. They were always very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They took care of everything for us and we ended up with a delightful holiday.

From setting foot in the door to getting back home my experience with Spear Travels has been great.
Everything was taken care of, with plenty of information being exchanged. I didn't have to do a thing, they even checked us all in for all flights and printed everything off.
I even got an email in plenty of time for our transfer back to the airport to come home.

Stacey was super helpful in finding us the perfect holiday. We took a trip to Florence and visited Pisa, Bologna and Venice using the Italio fast trains. Super comfortable and efficient. We stayed at the Hotel Cellai in Florence which was fairly central and very comfortable with wonderful staff. Evenings in Florence were stunning with beautiful architecture and bridges. Amazing bars and restaurants at every turn to enjoy an aperitif. Some wonderful museums and beautiful food.

All arrangements for our two week trip to Canada worked perfectly- hotels expected us, check in for ferries clicked and the car hire was quick and easy.

From the moment I booked my cruise to the moment I stepped on board, I felt supported and in safe hands. Emma, from Spears travel gave excellent advice when initially booking and sorted all the relevant paperwork so I just could simply enjoy the holiday. My cruise aboard the MSC virtuosa was amazing. I have booked several holidays through spear travels as they make it stress free and I have never encountered any problems like I have previously booking through Internet sites. Furthermore, I would definitely recommend this travel company for that personal touch and 100 percent I will book with them again.

Once again Spears travels came through with a superb holiday, I honestly don’t know what would do without the team in Hanford Stoke branch, their knowledge is incredible and the care and thought they put into every detail, it boosts confidence with travelling.
