Best hotel we've stayed at!! The day time entertainment and team are brilliant so much to do and lots of variety and different activities to do. Found the evening entertainment not as good not alot of variation mostly singers.
Pools were big, plenty of sunbeds. Food and drinks good lots of variety and different theme nights. Hotel staff and cleanliness excellent.
I would 💯 stay at this hotel again, but we would be unlikely to visit Fuerteventura again as we found the wind too annoying! When it was cloudy made it feel cold and in the evenings with the wind could do with extra layer, I want to be sweating on holiday not cold!

Spears travel responded to my request of what we fancied for our holiday.
Everything went smoothly over email and we only actually popped into the shop twice, as all our question's were answered.
Will book again with them in the future

No problems with booking through Karen Smith excellent hotel Avenida Benidorm, good flight times from Leeds / Bradford. The only thing for some reason we were 2 separate bookings instead of 4 adults so we were sat separate on the return flights.

Very helpful, well informed, staff who dealt with all of our holiday plans efficiently and in a friendly manner. Good to deal with real people that you can actually speak to.

Hotel Lapad is a lovely hotel opposite the harbour. Very clean. Most staff were pleasant.
I don’t think the hotel encourages evening meal as it was more like canteen food, breakfast on the other hand had plenty of choices and was lovely, I would defiantly return to this hotel,
Croatia is beautiful, probably go a little out of season if you wanted to do a little
more site seeing

A seamless transfer, met by wonder attentive staff throughout. The River Cruise we experienced with Scenic was absolutely fantastic, the room was amazing, the ship immaculate, meals exceptional, you would not be disappointed with this company. Thanks to the staff at Spears travel (Tettenhall) for their great advice and managing our booking so well.

Well organised holiday with everything happening and appearing as described. Hotel very good and great location, great staff and service. Rooms a little small but fairly typical for a city centre hotel. Only surprise was the building site next door, but only heard them working during the day and when in the street outside hotel.

All connections worked but a strange experience being picked up from the hotel and taken to the airport. Our driver seemed quite stressed about not being able to contact us in the afternoon because of supposed traffic levels. Think he wanted to pick us up earlier than arranged. But we left on time and arrived at airport in plenty of time.

I am really not happy about the information we were given by Spears Travel Thame branch !
As I have never been to Dubai before I have no idea the best time of year to go !
They quite happily booked our holiday for Dubai with my 8 yr old grandson too, in July, the hottest month!!!!
It seems to me they were just interested in sales and not our well being, I’m devastated we have spent so much money on this holiday and we can’t even go out of the hotel.
I would expect a GOOD travel agent to advise that July probably isn’t a good idea !!!I will never use Spear Travel again, they are obviously not bothered about their customers safety !!!!!!

We booked through Spears because we know from previous experience that everything would run smoothly with the holiday from baggage drop, flights, transfers to hotel. My wife I and I stayed at the Riva Marina Hotel in Hvar and it was excellent! The location was perfect, in the centre of everything walkable to all. Our room overlooked the marina and the room was enjoyable with the many boats and luxury yachts going in and out. The staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating nothing was to much trouble. The all, inclusive breakfast was great - buffet and order hot food from the menu. I was there for my birthday and was presented with a cake and candle at breakfast. On our last day they gave us fruit and sandwiches for the travel home. We were happy with our stay and accommodation, and we would recommend. We have travelled to many places around the world but have not experienced such an fantastic breakfast has at this hotel.

Excellent customer service, we booked two holidays through Spears Travel this year and the staff were very efficient and supported us with our queries.

As usual great service from Karen at Spear Travels. A good 4* hotel, mainly Spanish visitors, only 15 mins from Almería airport. Rooms are spacious, but for those who watch TV, there are no UK channels. The immediate area is quiet but buses to Almeria are cheap and frequent.

We found the team at Spear Travel Blandford really helpful, friendly and informative. Good old fashioned service just how we like it!

The agent, Karen Smith, provides excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful and strives to ensure the holidays offered meet the customer expectation. Goes above and beyond to provide smooth transit through all aspects of the booking process from booking to departure.

Super service at Broads travel, super helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel booked for us in Barcelona was brilliant; great location next to a metro station, friendly service and modern hotel facilities. Couldn’t fault it!
Wonderful cruise and great ship.
Flights were fine, would have preferred to have been seated together but this is minor.
There was an issue with our transfer from ship to airport but not sure what went wrong and where exactly!!
