Excellent service from Conservatory blinds ltd. Colin and Richard were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Colin took the time to establish what I was looking for and then worked through all the options with me, until we found just the right one. Richard then came out and took all the measurements before coming back to fit them a few weeks later.
Extremely please with the end result, which matches my original vision perfectly!

I enquired about the blinds at the end of September 2020. After the initial visit the sale rep confirmed that we could have perfect fit blinds for our shaped windows. I paid the deposit and waited for the surveyor to visit and accurately measure each window. It was agreed on fitting the blinds to the recess of the windows. Several weeks after paying the deposit we received a call and we were told that the fabric was not available and they had to delay the installation, this call took place few days before the due installation date. We were also told that fitting the blinds on the actual window recess was no longer possible. A new installation date was agreed and another survey was booked. We then received another call to let us know that the new installation date was no longer an option. I asked for my deposit to be refunded and this was actioned. We then agreed to start the process again in the new year and here the troubles start again. A new surveyor was meant to schedule a visit, I was due to pay the deposit. The surveyor never made contact so I decided not to progress with the order. The company cannot confirm if the material to make my blinds is available but they still expect the deposit to be paid without giving any information or reassurance to the customer. I wasted almost 4 months. Incredibly unprofessional business.

Excellent company, including a caring and considerate pre-sales meeting with the adviser, highly professional installation of blinds and brilliant after-sales support. Although seemingly expensive to purchase, after nearly 5 years of use, we have not had any significant problems with the blinds, which continue to function perfectly, so you get what you pay for. A couple of small plastic clips that broke were replaced free of charge within days of contacting the company.
They are also quite easy to maintain and have not shown any signs of wear and tear to date.

Good initial service from sales person. Very impressed with fitter who measured up and fitted himself. The blinds are superb. The fitting is smart and tidy, also measured to the millimetre.
Very pleased, great blinds, great service.
Just check that you get a chance to discuss your method of payment. The opportunity was not raised with us after the order was placed and full payment was demanded on completion.

Our glass-roofed extension was unbearably hot in the summer so we decided to get some blinds to reduce the heat gain. Many of the companies we contacted for a quote tried to employ high-pressure sales techniques but the chap who came to see us from Conservatory Blinds Ltd behaved normally, which was a relief! We were given all the facts we needed about types of fabrics and how to move and clean the blinds and then left to make our decision. The installer was very punctual and efficient and we are very pleased with the result. Our kitchen is now much cooler in sunny weather and we've got extra insulation for when it's cold. Would definitely recommend this company.
